She is the President of Niche Marketing, an award-winning marketing and public relations firm based in Durham, North Carolina, founded in 1990, having worked with many Fortune 100 companies. Under her leadership, Niche Marketing has become a recognized leader in the industry, known for its innovative approaches and commitment to diversity.
Advocacy for Diverse Business Communities: Rohena has been a tireless advocate for diverse business communities. She made history as the first woman to be elected Chair of the Minority Business Enterprise Input Committee (MBEIC) of the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC). In this role, she led initiatives that supported over 16,500 diverse business owners. She also served as the Chair of the NMSDC National Corporation of the Year Award for 16 years, overseeing the most prestigious recognition for corporate supplier diversity programs.
Innovative Educational Initiatives: In addition to her work with Niche Marketing and the NMSDC, Rohena created the Planet Mogul platform, a legacy program of Niche Marketing.
