A consulting firm developed to fill the void between legal and financial preparedness... It has been my personal experience that there will come a time in everyone's life when someone will have to step in and advocate for a person or have someone advocate for them due to an unfortunate accident, medical condition or even death. These times are at best difficult and most often overwhelming... On one side we prepare legal protections (Last Will and Testaments, Power of Attorneys, Healthcare Proxys, etc) and on the other we prepare financially (Personal Savings, Checking, 401k, Pensions, IRA's, Annuities, Disability/Term/Whole Life/Senior Care Life Insurance). What we don't do is build a road map for caregivers or survivors so they may navigate our medical history, assests and legal protections so they can focus on the ill or injured care or when dealing with a loss.
