Prior to forming Pocono Mountain Appraisal, Inc. in 2016 Kathleen O. Farrelly was co-owner and vice president of NEPA Appraisal Services, 4 North 6 th Street, Stroudsburg, PA 18360 and was a State Certified Residential Appraiser for the firm since 1991. EXPERIENCE Ms. Farrelly had 6 years experience in the sale of residential and commercial properties in Pennsylvania prior to her association with NEPA Appraisal Services in 1991. Since that time she has prepared 1-4 family, Condominium, Manufactured, Vacant Land, Review and Retrospective Review appraisals for the firm in both form and narrative formats and has assisted in the research and preparation of commercial reports. Appraisals have been performed for a variety of purposes including financing, employee relocation, divorce actions, estate settlement, insurance, bankruptcy proceedings for petitioners and the trustee's office, tax appeals, purchasing decisions and marketing. Ms. Farrelly has experience in providing court testimony and has been qualified as an expert witness in Monroe County Court, Pike County Court, New York City and Federal Bankruptcy Courts. Ms. Farrelly is listed in the HUD Roster of Approved Appraisers.
