Sanjeeva brings more than 24 years of industrial and executive search experience to his role as a Founder & Director with ProCigma Business Solutions. Sanjeeva focuses on senior-level hiring across Engineering, Automotive, Healthcare & Life sciences, Electronics, Electrical, and Energy segments. Prior to starting ProCigma, Sanjeeva was associated with some of India's leading search and selection firms contributing to significant achievement in the Industrial Segment. Sanjeeva has successfully accomplished critical assignments across R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Sales, HR, Finance & Strategic positions. Proficient in market research and a variety of surveys assisting companies to set benchmark standards.
Before joining the Search & Selection industry he was associated with GE in manufacturing functions with in-depth knowledge of Lean six-sigma, TPM, TQM, Production, and Planning and also certified with six sigma-Green Belt. He holds MBA from ICFAI University in Operations Management.
