Abhijit J. Shah

Dr. Shah received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Rutgers University and his Medical Doctorate from UMDNJ - Robert Wood Johnson Medical School where he was a member of the Alpha Omega Honor Society. He completed his internship at Cooper Hospital / University Medical Center and his residency in Diagnostics at Cleveland Clinic Foundation where he was Chief Resident. He studied Interventional Radiology during his fellowship at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Quantum welcomed Dr. Shah in February of 2020.

Allen J. Levy

Dr. Levy attended medical school at Tufts University School of Medicine. He completed an internship at Fitzsimons Army Medical Center and his Diagnostic Radiology residency at SAUSHEC - Brooke Army Medical Center, as well as a 2 year residency in Otolaryngology at Walter Reed Army Medical Center. Quantum welcomed him in 2005.

Amy Kulkarni

Dr. Kulkarni attended medical school at UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. She completed an internship at Mt. Sinai-Cabrini Medical Center in New York. She then completed her radiology residency, as well as a combined Musculoskeletal/Neuroradiology MRI fellowship, at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia. Quantum welcomed her in 2019.

Anand S. Jagannath

Dr. Anand Jagannath MD graduated with honors from State University of New York in Stony Brook, NY, earning a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry. He received his Doctor of Medicine in 1983 from Cornell University Medical College in New York, NY. He conducted his internship in pathology at The New York Hospital-Cornell University Medical Center; he was a diplomate on the National Board of Medical Examiners and later became chief resident at the facility. His residency in diagnostic radiology included rotations at The Hospital for Special Surgery in New York, NY, and Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, also in New York, NY. He continued his education with a fellowship in interventional and cardiovascular radiology at The New York Hospital. Dr. Jagannath joined Quantum as a diagnostic radiologist in 1989 and has been an integral part of the team, serving on numerous boards and committees within both the company and medical community. Positions include the committees of Operative Invasive; Strategic Planning; PACS Implementation; Professional Affairs; and Chairman of Credentials, amongst others. He was Chairman of the Department of Radiology for seven years, President of the Medical Staff and served on the Board of Directors at Holy Spirit Hospital. Currently, he is the Medical Director at Harrisburg Area Community College in the Ultrasound Technologist Training Program. Dr. Jagannath has given many presentations and lectures to the local community and is continually imparting service, from training technologists and residents to providing medical care.

Benjamin Y. Lee

Dr. Lee attended medical school at the New York University Medical School in New York, NY. His internship was at the Long Island Jewish Medical Center in New Hyde Park, NY and he fulfilled his residency at the New York University Medical Center in New York. He completed a fellowship in MRI Imaging at University of California San Diego (UCSD) Medical Center in San Diego, CA and also holds a PhD in biophysics. Quantum welcomed him in 2016.

Brandon M. Repko

Dr. Repko attended medical school at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA. He received his Master of Science from the University of Pittsburgh and Bachelor of Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He completed his internship at Mercy Hospital of Pittsburgh and his residency at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. He then completed his fellowship in Vascular & Interventional Radiology at Washington University Scholl of Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri. Quantum welcomed Dr. Repko in June of 2021.

Brian D. McInroy

Dr. McInroy attended medical school at Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. He completed a residency at The Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland, OH. He completed a fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pittsburgh, PA. Quantum welcomed him in 2000.

Charles B. Austin

Christine A. Gouldy

Dr. Christine Gouldy, MD completed a 7-year BS/MD program through Gannon University in Erie, PA, ultimately graduating from Penn State University College of Medicine in 1995. She conducted her residency in Diagnostic Radiology at The Reading Hospital and Medical Center in Reading, PA, and is board certified in Diagnostic Radiology. She is currently the director of Nuclear Medicine and Ultrasound for Quantum Imaging, recently starting a Theranostics program, to include the newly-approved radioactive therapies of Lutathera and Pluvicto, in addition to the well-established use of radioactive iodine for thyroid disease. Dr. Gouldy joined Quantum Imaging in 2001 and currently serves as the Radiology Department Chair at UPMC Carlisle, UPMC Hanover, UPMC Lititz, and UPMC Memorial. She was elected to the Quantum Board of Directors in 2023.

Christopher L. Smith

Dr. Smith attended medical school at the University of Utah School of Medicine. He then completed an internship at Carilion Health Services, and his residency at The Johns Hopkins Hospital. He then completed a Cross-Sectional Imaging fellowship at The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in Baltimore, MD. Quantum welcomed him in 2015.

Cynthia L. Jackson

Dr. Cynthia Jackson MD graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Williams College in Williamstown, MA. She earned her Doctor of Medicine from Northwestern University Medical School in Chicago, IL and completed her internship in transitional radiology from St. Francis Hospital in Evanston, IL. Dr. Jackson conducted her residency at the Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. where she displayed her exhibit on the Clinical Utility of 3D-FSE in neuroimaging at the Radiological Society of North American Meeting. She completed a fellowship in body imaging at Penn State, Milton S. Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, PA. Dr. Jackson joined the Quantum team in 2000.

Daniel S. Case

Dr. Case attended medical school at University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kansas City, MO. He completed his residency at Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, WA. Quantum welcomed him in 2012.

Derek McCleaf

Dr. McCleaf attended medical school at Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine along with his internship at Pennsylvania State University Milton S. Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, PA. He completed his residency in Diagnostics at Saint Francis Hospital in Evanston, IL and then went on to complete is fellowship in Interventional Radiology at Loyola University Medical Center in Chicago, IL. Quantum welcomed Dr. McCleaf in August of 2020.

Donna R. Moyer

Dr. Moyer attended medical school at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. Her internship was at Detroit Osteopathic Hospital in Detroit, MI and she completed her residency at Bi-County Hospital in Warren, MI. She completed a fellowship in Nuclear Medicine at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, MI and has expertise and board certification in cardiac CTA. Quantum welcomed her in 2018.

Dr. Christopher Bloomer

Dr. Christopher Bloomer, MD received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Arizona, graduating Summa Cum Laude in 1996. He received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, TX in 2002. Dr. Bloomer completed his internship in Internal Medicine at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, MD. He completed training as a Flight Surgeon at NAS Pensacola, FL and was then stationed at NAS Brunswick, ME. He deployed to Iraq with the Marine Corps in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. He received two Navy Commendation medals and one Navy Achievement medal. Following active duty in the Navy, his residency training was completed at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, PA. Dr. Bloomer joined Quantum in 2011. He was elected to the Quantum Board of Directors in 2013 and served much of that time as Treasurer and head of the Finance Committee.

Dr. David Miller

Dr. David Miller graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology. He achieved the Distinguished Alumni scholarship from Washington University School of Medicine where he earned his Doctor of Medicine. Dr. Miller conducted his internship at Albert Einstein Medical Center and his residency at North Shore University Hospital where he served as chief resident. He completed his fellowship in Neuroradiology at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Miller joined Quantum as a diagnostic radiologist in September 2023.

Dr. Grigoriy Malyutin

Dr. Grigoriy Malyutin, MD graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Binghamton University, State University of New York. He received his Doctor of Medicine from the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine in St. Maarten, Netherlands Antilles and conducted his residency from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, Arkansas. Grigoriy is an avid car guy, speaks three languages and enjoys hiking, cycling, basketball and handball. Dr. Malyutin joined Quantum as an interventional radiologist in August 2023.

Dr. Jared R. Roberts

Dr. Jared R. Roberts, DO. received his Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Medicine Technology, while graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of Buffalo. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from A.T. Still University of Osteopathic Medicine in Arizona. Dr. Roberts completed his residency in Diagnostic and Interventional radiology at Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center in Hershey PA. In 2020 he was awarded the Medical Innovation Award in Radiologic Diagnosis of Acute Aortic Syndrome. Dr. Roberts joined Quantum as an interventional radiologist in August 2023.

Dr. John Werner

Dr. John Werner graduated from Towson University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He spent several years working in finance and marketing prior to pursuing his premedical studies at Columbia University in New York, NY. Dr. Werner received his Doctor of Medicine from The George Washington University School of Medicine in Washington, DC. He completed his Radiology residency at Albany Medical Center in Albany NY, where he also served as chief resident. He completed his fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in Baltimore, MD. Dr. Werner has worked in both academic medicine and private practice. He joined Quantum as a diagnostic and interventional radiologist in September 2023.

Elias S. Najem

Dr. Najem attended medical school at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey He completed his internship at Presbyterian Medical Center of Philadelphia. He completed his residency at The Johns Hopkins Hospital and a Neuroradiology fellowship at the University of Texas University Health System in San Antonio, TX. Quantum welcomed him in 2004.

Elie M. Azar

Jack Drew

Dr. Drew received his Bachelor of Science and Medical Doctorate from the University of Iowa, Iowa City, IA. He completed his residency from St. John Providence Hospital Southfield, MI and then became chief resident at Indiana University Methodist Hospital, Indianapolis, IN. Quantum welcomed Dr. Drew in September 2022.

James S. O'Brien

Dr. O'Brien attended medical school at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine. He completed his Diagnostic Radiology residency at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, PA. Quantum welcomed him in 2009.

Jason Gold

Dr. Gold obtained a bachelor's degree from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, NC and a master's degree from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA. He attended medical school at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. His osteopathic and preliminary surgery internship was completed at Delaware County Memorial Hospital in Drexel Hill, PA. His interventional radiology residency was completed at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, PA. Quantum welcomed Dr. Gold in August 2021.

Jason L. Pennypacker

Dr. Pennypacker attended medical school at the Penn State University College of Medicine. He completed an internship in General Surgery and 2 years of Orthopedic residency at Penn State, Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. He then completed his Diagnostic Radiology residency and Interventional Radiology fellowship at Penn State, Milton S. Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, PA. Jay D. Goodman

Dr. Goodman attended medical school at Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia, PA and his residency was at Temple University Hospital, also in Philadelphia. He completed a fellowship in Interventional Radiology at the University of California in San Francisco, CA. He has further expertise and interest in targeted cancer therapies, endoleak repair, and renal and biliary interventions. Quantum welcomed him in 2001.

Jing Yao

Dr. Yao attended medical school at Penn State University College of Medicine in Hershey, PA. Prior to that, he was awarded his PhD in Microbiology and Immunology at Penn State. John F. McGurrin

Dr. McGurrin attended medical school at the Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. He completed his residency in Radiology at the Penn State, Milton S. Hershey Medical Center, and a residency in General Surgery at the University of Chicago Hospitals in Chicago, IL. He completed a fellowship in Thoracic Imaging at the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore, MD and a fellowship in Vascular Surgery at the Deborah Heart and Lung Center in Browns Mills, NJ. He has further expertise in interventional radiology and the creation and maintenance of dialysis access. Quantum welcomed him in 2008.

Jonathan D. Stephenson

Jonathan Stephenson, MD received his Bachelor of Science and graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Richmond in Richmond, Virginia. He received his Doctor of Medicine from Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, VA. Dr. Stephenson completed his transitional year residency at Riverside Regional Medical Center in Newport News, VA, and his residency in diagnostic radiology at Pennsylvania State University Milton S. Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, PA. He conducted his fellowship in cross sectional imaging and women's imaging at Brown University Rhode Island Hospital in Providence, RI. Dr. Stephenson joined Quantum in 2007 as a diagnostic radiologist with subspecialty interests in women's imaging and abdominal imaging. He is currently Quantum's body imaging section chief and has served on the finance and operations committees. He is also the current director of CT and MRI in UPMC Central Division. Since 2011 he has served as the radiology department chairman for Pinnacle Health Hospitals and subsequently the UPMC Central Division. His leadership has been integral to the delivery of radiology services in Harrisburg, PA, and the surrounding communities. In 2023 Dr. Stephenson was elected President of Quantum Imaging and Therapeutic Associates and chair of the Board of Directors.

Jonathan R. Enterline

Dr. Enterline attended medical school at Penn State College of Medicine in Hershey, PA. His residency was done at the Penn State, Milton S Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, PA. He completed a fellowship in Interventional Radiology at the Penn State, Milton S Hershey Medical Center and has further expertise in women's imaging. Quantum welcomed him in 2015.

Kenneth L. Jusko

Dr. Jusko attended medical school at the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, PA. He completed a fellowship in MRI at Michigan State University in East Lansing, MI and has further expertise in musculoskeletal imaging. Quantum welcomed him in 2010

Loris Cedeno

Luther Wells Jr.

Michael J. Gabe

Michael R. Graybill

Dr. Graybill attended medical school at the Penn State University College of Medicine in Hershey, PA. Michelle Cacek

She received her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic medicine and received the dean's award for the highest scholastic excellence. She received board certification in athletic training from the National Athletic Trainers Association and was a board examiner. Dr. Cacek was also a student ambassador and the president of Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine Pediatric Society. She completed her internship in traditional rotating osteopathic at the University Hospitals Health Systems, Richmond Heights Hospital in Cleveland. Dr. Cacek conducted her residency in Diagnostic radiology at Kettering Medical Center Network, Grandview Hospital in Dayton, Ohio where she was chief resident for a year and on the residency selection committee. She studied musculoskeletal radiology and mammography during her fellowship at Allegheny Health Network, Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Dr. Cacek joined Quantum in 2019, was elected to the board of directors and serves as the strategic planning and marketing chairman.

Neal B. Corson

Dr. Corson received his Bachelor of Science from Purdue University in Chemistry and his Medical Doctorate from The University of Chicago, Chicago, Illinois. He completed his internship at St. Mary's Medicine Center, Langhorne, PA and his residency at The University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine, Chicago, Illinois. Quantum welcomed Dr. Corson in February of 2022.

Neeti B. Goel

Dr. Neeti Goel, MD received her Bachelor of Science in Biology and a minor in religion from George Washington University in Washington DC. It was there she earned her Doctor of Medicine. She conducted her residency in diagnostic radiology at MCP Hahnemann University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA and VCU Health System / MCV Hospitals in Richmond, VA. Dr. Goel completed a fellowship in Breast Imaging at VCU Medical Center. She has further expertise in breast MRI and MRI-guided breast biopsy, and CT colonography. Dr. Goel joined Quantum in 2004 and is currently the section chief of women's imaging.

Neha D Choksi

Dr. Neha Choksi, MD graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science and Premedical Sciences from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA. She received the William F. Grupe Scholarship and a Doctor of Medicine from Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Choksi conducted her internship and residency from the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pittsburgh, PA. She went onto finish her fellowship in women's imaging and abdominal imaging where she became proficient in mammography, breast tomosynthesis, radioactive seed localization, breast and abdominal MRI and all aspects of general radiology. Quantum was fortunate to have Dr. Choksi join us in 2021.

Patricia A. Barry-Lane

Dr. Patricia Barry-Lane, MD, PhD received her Bachelor of Science at Simmons College in Boston, MA. She earned her Doctor in Medicine at the University of Texas, Medical Branch in Galveston, TX., where she made the dean's list for two consecutive years, received the Zelda Zinn Casper Scholar, the Robert Harrison MD Memorial Award and received the Blocker Scholar Fellow two successive years. Dr. Barry-Lane attended Penn State, Milton Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, PA where she conducted her internship in internal medicine and her residency in diagnostic radiology. Her fellowship was conducted in cardiothoracic radiology at the University of Maryland in Baltimore, MD. She holds a PhD in biological chemistry and genetics from the University of Texas Medical Branch. Quantum welcomed Dr. Barry-Lane in 2008 and she is currently the section chief of cardiac imaging.

Paul Licata

Dr. Licata attended medical school at the New York University School of Medicine in New York, NY. His internship was completed at St. Vincent's Hospital in New York. He fulfilled his residency at Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology Barnes-Jewish Hospital Washington University Medical Center in St. Louis, MO.
