Raintree Designs was founded at Raintree Farm in northern Lamar County, in the Richburg Community in southeast Mississippi. After 25 years in medical device sales, founder William Dixon is fulfilling his dream of self-expression through quality craftsmanship. His life-long love of tools and attention to detail has resulted in a high demand for his work. In 2012, William began to offer his practical works of art to the public by designing a line of quality writing instruments. In this digital age of keyboards and touch pads, the satisfaction felt when writing with a quality fountain or ball tipped pen is being lost. The connection of hand to paper through a great pen is something to be desired and a tradition to be treasured.
