An experienced sales professional, Andy has worked in the newspaper industry for over 20 years. Based in the Midlands, his role - which covers the UK - is to provide print solutions to potential clients while managing the ongoing requirements of existing clients. Outside of work you will find Andy spending quality time with his wife and three children.

Caroline supports the RPS Executive Team and is responsible for the day to day management of supporting commercial and production critical systems.
In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and walks with her border terrier, alongside volunteering for a mental health charity.

From retailers to councils, estate agents to political parties, Derek works with a wide range of clients with a broad range of printing requirements. In his spare time Derek enjoys spending quality time with his three daughters, following his beloved Manchester United, and indulging in his hobby of amateur radio.
Gordon has worked in the industry for over 35 years' covering several positions along the way.
One of Gordon's most satisfying responsibilities is managing customer expectation from print planning to print quality and then final delivery. Having a good team to work with is a fantastic asset and collectively we consistently create a great finished product.
Away from work Gordon is a keen golfer and you can find him out on the course most weekends, even through the winter, weather permitting!

As a Planning & Account Manager, Liz's role involves scheduling for Reach Printing Services' Oldham site - where she's based - and managing client accounts. Outside of work she loves fresh air, walking in the hills, and visiting country pubs for a tasty ale (while walking in the hills!).
Michael Brown - Chief Commercial Officer

Michael has worked in the industry since 1988 in various roles, starting his career in the prepress environment, then moving into print site management, and now as Commercial Director of Reach Printing Services leading the contract print sales team. A longsuffering Newcastle United fan, Michael enjoys cycling but admits he doesn't do enough of it!

Having worked in the print industry for over 30 years, Michelle's role as a Business Development Executive is to grow our contract print contribution through growing regular business and securing new business. Outside of work her favourite things are spending time with family and friends, creating new memories, and Fruit Pastilles!
Natalie has 10 years of experience in finance roles. Based in Glasgow, her role is working alongside the commercial and finance teams in order to support day to day activities. Her role involves gathering information and providing detailed analysis.
Outside of work Natalie enjoys running and being active. She has two Shih Tzus that keep her on her toes. Most of her time is spent studying to finish her ACCA exams this year.

Nick's primary responsibility is managing production at our Birmingham print site. He is also responsible for ensuring that the paperstock the Group procures is of the correct quality, so that we can print on a variety of supplied stocks without affecting the finished results. He also ensures that our presses are working with optimal materials. In his spare time Nick enjoys classical music and loves singing as part of a choir.

As a Senior Production Manager at our Watford print site, Paul is responsible for the smooth and efficient running of day-to-day operations. Outside of work he enjoys spending quality time with his three daughters and friends.
Having worked in the industry since 1996, Steve manages production at our Teesside print site. He also provides potential clients with information on what products we offer and our schedules. In his spare time Steve's a flying instructor at his local gliding club. He also enjoys listening to music and playing guitar.

Tia has worked within media for over 14 years, and works with a range of clients - from publishers to retailers - as well as managing marketing for Reach Printing Services. Outside of work she's passionate about her family, and tries to spend as much time as she can with them.
