RENEWABLE COUNSEL

I am a renewable energy development and financing attorney in Portland, Oregon and San Francisco, California. I have both big firm and in-house experience, and typically serve as contract corporate counsel to small to medium-sized businesses that do not have the need for a full-time general counsel. I also assist on a project basis, such as tax-equity or debt financing, joint-ventures, or negotiations of power purchase agreements. I presently serve as general counsel for several clients.
