Andy Phillips - CEO

Andy is a motivated, experienced senior manager with a passion for identifying and eliminating waste in manufacturing and service industries. Over the past 17 years Andy has specialized in introducing Lean manufacturing techniques to new industries and sectors, using lean tools to successfully to improve processes and reduce total cost. Originally from an electrical/ mechanical engineering repair background, Andy combines his problem solving skills with an ability to engage and lead people at all levels of an organisation, to deliver lasting improvements within an organisation, its processes and people. Andy has successfully completed projects covering all aspects of businesses, including safety, quality, productivity, cost, morale and environmental improvements, utilizing his coaching and mentoring skills to ensure improvements create a positive lasting legacy.

Carrie Barker

Carrie is a confident, hardworking and dedicated CIMA-qualified professional. She combines a well-organized and diligent approach with excellent interpersonal skills. Carrie has helped and supported organization change programmes delivering significant return on investments, in a range of industries and sectors, demonstrating the drive and motivation to meet demanding deadlines while maintain the highest of standards. Carrie has successfully led a number of projects to improve processes and generate savings and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Prior to joining Revive, Carrie was Head of Finance for a major UAE based outsourced services provider, offering commercial support for many projects and services. Despite being a qualified accountant, Carrie has held a variety of operational roles at a senior level throughout her career in various sectors. Carrie has a wide range of experience in small local business and large multi-million pound organizations and that makes her perfectly placed to offer turnaround support to businesses.

Georgia Ward

Specialising in strategic marketing and PR, Georgia is our lead marketing consultant providing UK, Europe and Middle East organisations with business-reviving marketing support. A champion of results-driven consultancy, Georgia utilises her vast experience within the UK and UAE's hospitality, events and travel industries to develop and deliver B2B and B2C strategies and campaigns for businesses of all sizes. Georgia is the VP of Marketing & Communications for the International Live Events Association (ILEA) Europe, supporting the international chapter to build meaningful relationships with like-minded members and support the network of leading businesses with training and development opportunities.

Greg Ward - CEO, Chairman

Greg is both Founder and CEO of Revive Group, having successfully delivered business turnaround initiatives in a diverse range of organisations across Europe and the Middle East, utilising his extensive and varied professional background. Greg has substantial experience of managing large manufacturing operations and large customer service-focused operations. He is well versed in all aspects of engineering, quality, maintenance, security, control systems, personnel development and strategy. Greg started his career as a mechanical and electrical apprentice, specialising in manufacturing. Progressing within Ford, Greg performed senior roles in finance, supply chain, project management, engineering and manufacturing, working with multi-site operations across the UK and Europe. As Operations Director of Heathrow Airport BAA, Greg led the engineering and management teams of over 4,000 staff; managing 200,000 passengers per day. In 2008 became Laing O'Rourke's Global MD of Manufacturing responsible for leading a global multi-manufacturing portfolio. He founded Revive Group in 2009, applying his comprehensive range of experience with a dedication to operational excellence to organisations recognise their lean potential.

Lee Mears

Lee is a former British and Irish Lion and England International Rugby Player. Capitalising on his experience of being an elite athlete whilst working within high performing teams, he aims to help individuals and teams reach their full potential. Lee's exposure to blue-chip business, sporting and military organisations have has crafted his knowledge and understanding of leadership, communication, change management and strategic thinking. Lee has worked on coaching assignments throughout the UK, Europe, and Asia. He has applied his Elite Sporting approach to help individuals accelerate and manage personal and organisational transitions such as making the step up from a functional role to a more generalist leadership role, whilst modelling the desired changes needed in organisational culture and developing stronger presence and gravitas. Lee believes coaching is the key to enhancing performance by generating a clarity of purpose and certainty of contribution for individuals & teams. He coaches and builds confidence through performance planning, which leads to transformational and sustainable elite performance.
