Attorney Robertson

Attorney Robertson is a member of the New Jersey State Bar, has served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Cape-Atlantic Community College; Former Finance Chair for the City of Pleasantville Urban Enterprise Zone, Assistant Solicitor for the City of Atlantic City, and Assistant Prosecutor in Cape May County, and City of Atlantic City. Attorney Robertson is a Member of the New Jersey Association for Justice, Garden State Bar Assosciation and The Amercian Legion.

Robert T. Fendt

Robert T. Fendt, Esquire is a partner in the law firm. He brings with him over 40 years of experience, exclusively representing injury victims and their families. Mr. Fendt handles all areas of personal injury litigation including automobile and motorcycle accidents, slip and falls, medical malpractice and defective products. Bob received a B.A. degree from Temple University in 1977, graduating Magna Cum Laude and earning the President's Scholar Award for academic excellence. He continued on at Temple University Law School, graduating with his J.D. in 1981. Mr. Fendt spent the first ten years of his legal career in Philadelphia where he represented many union members, including blue collar city employees, teachers and maintenance workers, as well as state public employees. He is a member of the American, Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bar Associations and Trial Lawyers' Associations. Bob represents clients in State and Federal Courts throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania and handles each of his files personally. Mr. Fendt and his wife (also an attorney) are the proud parents of three children. Bob is also an avid runner and tennis player.
