Cary Lusk

Cary joined the Rubicon Family in 2011, and brings 25 years of accounting experience gained through public accounting and the private sector. Cary leads Rubicon's Finance Department, guiding fiscal controls and growth. His experience there includes a broad range of responsibilities, including project accounting, corporate accounting, and tax and financial planning. Cary's accounting experience includes financial reporting on a variety of project types, including data centers, alternative energy, multi-family housing, healthcare, and other commercial projects. Prior to working at Rubicon, Cary served as the controller of the construction division at the Lane Company, located in Atlanta, Georgia. Cary holds a BA in Finance and Math, and is a licensed CPA.

JOSEPH B. HOEFT

Joseph joined Rubicon Technical Services in 2018 specialising in Solid Oxide Fuel Cell (SOFC) and alternative energy Installations. He boasts over 20 years' experience in raw building materials installation combined with a record of safe on-site construction management. Joseph studied Building Construction Technology at the University of Wisconsin and later attended Cam Tech School of Construction in South Florida studying the General/Building curriculum, where he obtained his Florida Commercial Building License. He also attended Georgia Tech under an OSHA outreach leadership program and is certified under OSHA standards. Joseph is a trainer and triple certified in Stormwater, Erosion, and Sedimentation Control best management practices. He is also certified as an ICC Accessibility & Plans Examiner, and in OSHA Safety Standards, HAZWOPER, CPR/AED - First Aid, and ASME/ANSI B56.6 - B56.1 Rough Terrain and Industrial Forklift Operation. Joseph was raised in the rural Midwest region in the United States of America and enjoys many outdoor pursuits, especially with his son. It's safe to say Rubicon are in safe hands with Joseph managing the role as Policy Director and Primary Administrator of health, safety, and the environment for Rubicon Professional Services, Rubicon Technical Services, and Rubicon Technical Services Europe.

Michael Perelstein

Job Titles:
  • Director of Technical Services
Mike's careers spans over 35 years in the electrical and critical facilities commissioning industries through which he has evolved into a noted expert on critical facilities infrastructure. His extensive experience includes systems commissioning, reliability analysis, operational analysis and consulting, maintenance and forensic analysis, design consulting, owner's representative and project management. Michael's experiences have run the gambit from hands on commissioning work to multi-million dollar hardware operations budget management. Prior to joining Rubicon, Michael held several key roles for a variety of companies such as DLB Associates, RTKL, PTE, Strategic Facilities Incorporated, JP Morgan, ADP Brokerage Services and IBM. Among other significant project experiences, Michael honed his strong leadership skills managing a $27 million commissioning contract at PTE for the Google sites within the US and Europe. Michael is a dedicated family man who loves spending time with his children and trying to keep up with his granddaughter.

Scott Crane

Mr. Crane is a certified commissioning agent with over twenty years' experience working with mechanical and automated building control systems. As Mechanical Group Manager and Commissioning Agent (CxA) for Rubicon Technical Services, Mr. Crane's role includes providing leadership to the Mechanical Cx team and expert technical support of Rubicon's clients in regards to the reliability, operations, commissioning and troubleshooting of their mechanical and controls systems. Scott is a native of Auburn, New York and attended the State University of New York College at Geneseo where he received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities.

William J Pirrone

A founding partner of the company, Bill is an established figure in the data center and critical power industry and has more than 35 years of engineering design and construction, operations and maintenance experience. Prior to joining Rubicon, Bill was director of Global Engineering at JP Morgan Chase (JPMC), where he provided engineering design and support of over 70 million square feet of real estate. Bill also led the design, construction and operation of JPMC's data centers, and critical operating centers and trading facilities. Bill's previous experience includes serving as a team leader and project engineer at Johnson Controls, where he was responsible for specific accounts that required precision environmental controls of high integrity for mission-critical operating centers. Bill holds a BS degree in electrical engineering from Pratt Institute and is a licensed professional engineer. Bill is an avid rider and in his free time enjoys cruising the highways and beach towns of the North Jersey coast on his Harley Heritage Classic.
