As a previous elementary educator, I have found that combining techniques learned in the classroom as well as time spent as a therapist have allowed me to gain valuable knowledge to help a person as a whole. I enjoy working with all ages of individuals as well as couples and families while using a Cognitive Behavioral approach as well as Solution-Focused therapy. I look forward to helping you or your family obtain their personal goals... Typical sessions are centered around Talk-Therapy along with alternative treatment approaches utilizing EMDR or Biofeedback. I also offer virtual telehealth appointments through HIPAA approved provider, Psychology Today
