SUNSHINE COAST INDOOR ROWING CLUB

The Sunshine Coast Indoor Rowing Club is a community club offering the opportunity for everyone in the community to enjoy indoor rowing. From under 10's to over 80's, indoor rowing is the ideal way to exercise for fun and fitness... Our club is a group of people who come together every Saturday to learn the correct technique for using the Concept2 rowing machine (also know as an ergometer), in a relaxed and fun environment. For those who are motivated by competition to train, there are a number of indoor rowing competitions held throughout the country and overseas during the year. Annually, we run the Queensland Championships on the Sunshine Coast.
