If, for any reason, you need to cancel, reschedule or modify your appointment please do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Canceling, rescheduling or modifying your appointment with less than a 24 hour notice, will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. NO EXCEPTIONS... Same day cancellations and no-show appointments will result in 100% charge of all remaining services booked... It is very important that you arrive early or on time.
