Slate Mountain Properties is managed by Alison Simone and Joe Simone, who live and work in Carbon County, PA. We aim to BUY and SELL real estate in our local area at reduced but fair prices. These properties are then made available to buyers at fair prices, often below market value. A successful project for us helps the seller by removing the burden and financial obligation of ownership, improves the property, and then places the property in the hands of a buyer at a price that is below market value ensuring they are starting out with positive equity!
