I'm Josh, a software engineer and technical leader based in the UK. I've been working in software for 18 years, during which I've worked with some of the largest organisations in the world, like the NHS and Sky... I've worked on extremely large projects as well as tiny engagements for smaller companies. My work spans from hands-on projects building large platforms to leading some of the best-performing teams in our industry.
