SPROCKET TECH - Key Persons

Nicole Shaffer graduated, Cum Laude, from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Science. She started building websites in the 90's as a hobby and to help out family and friends. Nicole worked in Information Technology within the media/broadcast industry for 10 years before becoming CEO for a small self storage company. There, she oversaw all aspects of the business, including Marketing, and really came to understand the intricacies and unique nature of running a small business. She now owns her own small business in Pound Ridge, Sprocket Tech, designing websites and enabling clients to literally be the owner of their own domain. In addition to being a business owner and web designer, Nicole is a mom to a wonderful toddler and two furry pups, and wife to an amazing husband.
