Cyndi, an associate broker, has over three decades of experience in the field. She's been with Sterling Properties for six years, sticking close to her Tawas roots. Cyndi worked at U.S. Gypsum Co. for 13 years before venturing into real estate full time. In her free time, she makes a tasty banana cake, plays cards, reads and goes to church.

Mark has been in the business since 1993, working as a top producer for Real Estate One, Statewide Real Estate and RE/MAX before founding Sterling Properties in 2007 and purchasing the building at 225 Newman St. in 2010. Mark sold the business to Chad and Shannone Bondie in 2022, but remains an associate broker. In his free time, Mark enjoys gardening, cooking, golfing, camping and hiking.
