Alan Squillante started his career as a mechanical engineer in the product development and manufacturing industry in 1982 after graduating from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He also holds an MBA from Dowling College He joined Sperry Corporation in 1982, which through a series of mergers and acquisitions became a division of Lockheed Martin. While at Sperry he played a major role managing teams and developing radar systems for the US Navy, US Air Force, and NOAA In 1997 he Joined Porta Systems Corporation where he developed products for the telecommunications industry and he advanced from a Project Engineer to the Director of Engineering leading the engineering team in the US and Mexico. After Porta Systems was acquired by Tii Industries, he held the position of Director of Engineering Projects In 2012 he joined Bren-Tronics where he led the mechanical engineering team in the development of batteries, battery chargers, and energy systems for military and commercial customers He has consulted for inventors and entrepreneurs developing products including producibility improvements for Advanced Back Technologies. He holds utility and design patents in multiple fields and he is teaching robotics at the New York State's Science and Technology Entry Program

James Fitzgerald is recognized as a real estate banking expert with a career that spanned nearly 35 years. He held senior leadership positions within several large global banks and successfully concluded nearly $35 billion in sophisticated transactions across America. In 1977 he was presented with the David Rockefeller Presidential Award for outstanding financial contribution to Chase Bank and became one of the youngest senior vice presidents in Chase Bank history. In the early 80's Joshua Muss, former Chairman of Chase Trust, acting out of the Reagan White House, recruited James to become President of Washington D.C. based Drake Real Estate Co. In 2008 Jim assumed the role of Co-Managing partner of Heritage Strategies LLC, a prominent estate planning family office in the US, where he created Heritage Solutions LLC which is an affiliated private equity firm that has invested in real estate, technology and the beverage sector Jim was also responsible for launching a $100 million investment fund with New York Life and Cushman and Wakefield

Roland has an exceptional record of accomplishment in the technology and financial services industry which includes leading startups, turnarounds, M&A and international growth initiatives. He is known for driving revenue, profit and market penetration improvements while promoting operational excellence. Roland Kiser began his Investment Banking career at the Credit Suisse First Boston in Switzerland In 1990 he became the Chief Operating Officer of UBS in the Americas, helping to grow the company from 900 people to 27,000 staffers. In 2002 he was hired by the German financial institution, HSH Nordbank, as the General Manager and Chief Operating Officer in charge of spearheading a new Branch project in New York. This Branch ultimately became a market leader in the United States financing over $25 billion in renewable energy financing, real estate financing, transportation financing and maritime financing. Between 2002 and 2013 he served as the turnaround CEO for several large Renewable Energy Developers, Engineering, Procurement and Construction Companies. Since 2014 Roland has acted as an Independent Consultant advising and structuring large-scale renewable energy M&A and Project Finance agreements. In March 2018 he moved on to form SPINE CARE TECHNOLOGIES INC. where he currently acts as the President & Chief Executive Officer on a full-time basis.
