Born and raised in the greater Philadelphia area, Chuck has been passionately involved in real estate sales, management, relocation and technology since first obtaining his Hawaii real estate license in 1988, as co-founder of the boutique luxury real estate firm, Antonsen Garrett & Associates. Over the past 30 years, Chuck has held executive leadership roles at several luxury, independent and franchise real estate brokerages in Hawaii. He joined Corcoran Pacific Properties - Hawaii's only statewide franchise - in 2018. As Principal Broker, he oversees brokerage sales and operations on Kauai, Oahu, Maui and Hawaii Island. Also active in the broader real estate industry, Chuck volunteers with numerous professional organizations including the Real Estate Business Institute (where he served as 2012 Hawaii President), the Residential Real Estate Council (where he served as the Hawaii Technology Leader from 2012-17), the Relocation Directors Council (where he served as 2021 National President), and the HiCentral MLS Board of Directors (where he currently serves as Vice-President). Chuck's broad range of real estate knowledge includes experience as a broker in the Christie's International Real Estate, Leading Real Estate Companies of the World and Sotheby's International Realty networks, as well as the Director of Implementation Services for a leading multifamily property management software company, leading a team that managed HUD Section 8 and LIHTC tax credit software implementation for affordable property management companies across the U.S. Ironically, his first job at age16 was part time janitor at March Realty in Willingboro, N.J., where he first experienced archetypes like the "Rainmaker Broker-Owner", the "Top Producer", and the "Husband and Wife team", all while keeping the office clean and the open house signs in order. Education has always been an important aspect of Chuck's career. Over the years, he's earned numerous designations and certifications including: Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), Certified Residential Broker (CRB), Certified Relocation Specialist (CRP), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Global Destination Specialist (GDS), Graduate Real Estate Institute (GRI), and Military Relocation Professional (MRP). With family across the U.S. Mainland, Chuck loves to travel. He also enjoys time with his husband at their home in Kaneohe, on the Windward side of Oahu. Gregg Antonsen joined Corcoran Pacific Properties in 2022 as the Senior Vice President of Luxury Sales. Previously, Gregg has been the Senior Vice President and Qualifying Broker at Sotheby's International Realty Santa Fe since 2011. Prior to joining Sotheby's International Realty, he served for eight years as Senior Vice President for Business Development with Christie's International Real Estate, headquartered in Santa Fe, where he oversaw the management of regional offices and business growth throughout North America. With more than 30 years of real estate experience, Gregg was the founder of Antonsen Garrett & Associates, Ltd., a boutique real estate firm in Hawaii specializing in the management and sale of distinctive properties. He also conducted his own solo law practice for 10 years, specializing in real estate law and conveyances. Antonsen earned a B.A. in history and political science from Gustavus Adolphus College, St. Peter, Minn., and a J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law, St. Paul, Minn. He has served as a lecturer and adjunct professor at the University of Hawaii, Manoa Campus, teaching undergraduate courses on contracts and business law.

Hannah Sirois

James Urioste

James Urioste joined Corcoran Pacific Properties in 2022 as Senior Vice President of Growth. James' business development, sales, and marketing career spans more than 30 years in the wealth and asset management industries. James has held a number of asset management positions, as well as other financial services positions, including Vice President of Investments with firms such as Great Western Financial Securities, where he was a consistent top producer and member of the company's President's Council, responsible for new product design, market strategies and broker policies. James was also part of a highly recruited and exclusive team of traders and strategists at Cruttenden Partners Inc. This team was put in place to support the growing practice of hypothecating restricted rule 144 stock for insiders into diversified portfolios and hedging strategies. All along, James was learning about their businesses, nuances and the unique differences that made them successful. He turned that powerful information and experience into an asset and offering that pre IPO C-Suite executives wanted. At Cruttenden Roth, Van Kasper, and Wells Fargo Securities, Mr. Urioste was responsible for over $100 million dollars AUM for small to medium sized businesses and individuals. Born and raised in Southern California, Nancy returned to Hawaii in 2003, primarily living on Oahu and Hawaii Island. A graduate of St. Mary's with a degree in Management, Nancy holds an additional undergraduate degree in Interior Architecture from Santa Monica College.
