We are dedicated to improving and protecting the self storage industry in the great State of Tennessee. It is our mission to provide our members with the very latest news and industry trends affecting our business. We are building a sense of community among the operators, managers, and owners across the state... We watch for pending legislation that could affect the self storage industry both on the national and state level. In the last few years, many states have quietly enacted laws directly affecting this industry with little or no input from the operators and owners of these facilities. We are working to assure this does not happen on the state level. Several states have enacted sales tax and other new restrictions on the self storage industry. We plan to keep our members active in shaping any policies and offering input to the state legislature to assure our voices and concerns will be heard.
