Abhijeet is one of the founding Partners at Stratjuris Law Partners. He has several years of experience in Intellectual Property domain focusing on Patents and trade. He is a Software Engineer and has obtained Bachelor s degree in Information Technology from University of Pune. Abhijeet specializes in advising on strategies for Patent protection and preparing and prosecuting Patent applications with a focus on Software/IT, Mechanical, and Electrical & Electronics industries. Abhijeet has received advanced training for Patent Prosecution and litigation from US, Germany and British law firms. He has an extensive experience in Patent Searching, Drafting, Filing and Prosecution with Indian & overseas Patent Offices. Further, he has assisted clients to file numerous patent applications and assisted in many patent review cases, patent invalidation cases, transfers of patent rights, and a wide variety of intellectual property disputes. He is also expert in Design and Trademark matters. Abhijeet not only has extensive knowledge of the IP laws of India, but also is familiar with the Patent and Trademark laws of Europe, the United States, China, Japan and Australia, which helps him to develop global IP management strategies for his clients. Deepak is a Graduate in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering (E&TC) from University of Pune. He is also a qualified lawyer from University of Pune and Registered Patent Agent (IN-PA-2052) with Intellectual Property Office, Government of India. Deepak is an expert in drafting Patent Specifications for Electronics, Mechanical, Communication and Computer/Software related Inventions. Deepak has extensive experience in Drafting Patent specifications that qualify Patent Eligibility criterion for major patent offices like US, Europe, China and Japan apart from India. He has also handled prosecution of patent applications and has responded to office actions that have resulted in grant of many Patents. Deepak has conducted State of the Art /Prior Art Searches, Invalidity Searches, FTO searches and Claim Mappings that have helped clients to launch IP oriented Products and solutions in India and overseas. Deepak with his extensive knowledge of claim mapping and Infringement analysis provides technical support to the litigation Attorneys Practicing in US and Europe. Deepak has overall 10+ years of experience in IP Industry. Deepak advises clients on a wide variety of IPR matters, including licensing, prosecution and enforcement strategies for issued patents. He speaks frequently at events and forums on IPR Matters.

Harshit is a Managing Associate at StratJuris Law Partners. He has approx. Nine years of experience in Intellectual Property domain, focussing on Patents. Harshit holds Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Science from Maharishi Dayanand (MD) university Rohtak (Haryana). Harshit is also trained on US Priority Law from a US attorney.

Madhura is a doctorate in Chemistry from the University of Pune and is a Registered Indian Patent Agent. Her expertise lies in patent landscaping, infringement analyses, patent invalidations, patent drafting and prosecution of patents in the fields of Biotechnology, Biopharmaceuticals such as biosimilars and novel biologics, Chemistry, and Biochemistry. She has more than 6 years of experience in managing IP at her previous organisation, and in this role Madhura has handled patent landscaping, patent prosecutions for domestic and international filings, technical and legal enquiries for infringement analyses and worked in close liaison with internal and external stakeholders. She has more than 5 years of post-doctoral research experience in Bio-organic chemistry from Taiwan and Germany and worked on an independent research project in CSIR-NCL, Pune granted by DBT, India. She has taught Biotechnology and delivered many IP awareness sessions at educational institutes.

Priyank is one of the founding Partners at Stratjuris Law Partners. His expertise in Intellectual Property Law includes Advisory and assistance on Creation of Intellectual Property, Prosecution of Intellectual Property cases and enforcement. Priyank has Drafted >2000 Patents His expertise in Data Privacy Law includes Advisory and assistance on compliance to Data Privacy Laws and regulations including the General Data Privacy Regulation enacted by the European Union. Priyank has made >250 Comments to the Government of India towards The Personal Data Protection Bill, 2018 that will be put in Parliament of India later in 2018 for enactment. Priyank has an extensive experience in Patent Drafting and Prosecution of Patents in India and abroad and has worked on IPR cases for several Fortune 100 Companies and Top 100 Global IP Law Firms. Priyank has accumulated 12+ years of experience in both corporate in house and law firm environments. He is engaged in managing IP Portfolios of several large Indian companies.

Vithika is one of the founding Partners and leads the Trademarks Practice at Stratjuris Law Partners. After completing her B.Tech in Biotechnology she pursued a career in law. She obtained her Master s Degree in Law (LL.M) in Intellectual Property law from MIPLC (Munich Intellectual Property Law Center) and Bachelor s Degree in Law (LL.B) from Mumbai University. Vithika has sound experience in advising clients in making and expanding their domestic and global trademark portfolios. She has an extensive experience in maintenance of international trademark portfolios, negotiation and drafting of technology transfer agreements. Vithika has accumulated total eight years of experience in both corporate in house and law firm environments. Vithika specializes in Trademark filing and registration, portfolio maintenance services in international territories. Trademark licensing and negotiation of agreements, IPR enforcement matters, market surveillance for grey goods and anti-counterfeiting actions.
