The Straddie beach house is a property at Point Lookout owned jointly by Gavin Edwards and Alex Marshall. The house was purchased by Alex and Gav in November 2008. The address is officially 17B George Nothling Drive. The house itself was initially built in the early 18's and under went extensive renovation in early 2000. It was then updated and renovated again in 2015.
