Debbie worked in a large social services day centre in Norwich for fifteen years. This was followed by seven years working in residential care homes specialising in the field of learning disability. Debbie has NVQ level 3 and 4 qualifications in Health and Social Care. Debbie's speciality is art and craft projects.
Founder of Stepping Stones, Jane is a qualified teacher who gained experience of working with people with learning disabilities in day centres and in residential care settings. Jane facilitates the Monday drama group as well as running the business side of Stepping Stones. Jane a has a huge amount of experience and training from working in the care sector for many years.

Sally Stevens, Day Services co-ordinator Sally has many years experience working in the care sector mainly in residential care homes. She has a background in running art and craft sessions as well as co-ordinating day service activities. Sally has a The Care Certificate qualification as well as all required statutory training.
