BILL CARUSO

Bill was introduced to the insurance industry while completing his MBA at the University of Texas, and immediately saw the need for standardizing processes that would serve the TPA community during times following catastrophic weather events when people needed the most help and TPAs were inundated with the onslaught of claim files with errors from Cat Adjusters who would be out of practice due to long intervals of inactivity. In Bill's previous life, he regularly solved issues stemming from identical problems occurs on manufacturing floors. The key metrics are to deliver the highest possible claim processing throughout with zero defects, and Bill is dedicated to this end result. Bill comes to Summit with 30 years of experience in RF/analog engineering design, manufacturing, marketing, R&D, and sales for commercial, medical, and military products. He has completed projects for Litton Industries, Motorola, Rohde & Schwarz, Anritsu, E.F. Johnson, Miles Laboratory, General Electric, Nokia-Siemens, Texas Instruments, and several small firms and contract manufacturers. Bill's Six Sigma studies began at Motorola in 1991, shortly after Motorola earned it's first Malcolm-Baldridge Award. He has continued to study and apply quality standards and tools embraced by Lean Six-Sigma techniques, and is an ASQ-Certified Lean-Six Sigma Black Belt. Bill is presently engaged in studying and adopting robotic methods for scoping risks and reporting claims files for our rapidly changing insurance industry.

RORY GLOTH

Rory's 13 years as an Building Planner, Project Manager and General Contracter prepared him well for Hurricane Katrina as he began his career in Cat Adjusting. Now, after 1500 claims (105 commercial), Rory is expanding his adjusting career to new vistas, teaching his skills to newcomers to the adjusting field and pursuing more commercial assignments.

WALTER ESHLEMAN

Walter's 13 years as an Architect, Building Planner, and General Contracter prepared him well for Hurricane Katrina as he began his career in Cat Adjusting. Now, after 1500 claims (105 commercial), Walter is expanding his adjusting career to new vistas, teaching his skills to newcomers to the adjusting field and pursuing more commercial assignments.
