Sunstar was founded in 1932 as a manufacturer and vendor of bicycle parts and rubber glue for repairing flat tires. We later gained popularity by packaging toothpaste in the metal tube containers used for rubber glue - an innovation that helped make brushing more convenient. This grew into our Consumer Business, which currently comprises Oral Care and Health & Beauty... Our origins date back to 1932 as a manufacturer of bicycle parts and glue for repairing flat tires. By packaging toothpaste in the metal tube containers used for the glue, we expanded into the Oral Care sector and the rest is history...
