THE PILATES CLUB

The Pilates Club was started in 2010 by Becky to create a fun environment to practise Pilates Mat work. The Pilates Club works to get you mobile, flexible and feeling good about your body. Over the years, The Pilates Club has grown from a few classes a week to offering Workshops and Retreats. We believe that Pilates is the path to a fuller, more satisfying physical existence. We believe that being in control of your body helps you to be in control of your life. And best of all, we believe that you can start anytime... At The Pilates Club, we want to make exercise fun and informative, so you can grow from strength to strength both physically and mentally... We offer small group classes in Ickenham, 1-2-1 tuition and workplace packages in Eastcote, Ruislip, Uxbridge, Harefield, and Central London. Then if you want a little bit more we also offer Workshops and Retreats at a variety of locations throughout the year.
