Adam J. Naset is an attorney with Hope Law Firm & Associates, P.C. Adam grew up in the state of Iowa and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in 2016 from Grand View University. Adam graduated from Drake Law School in May 2021. His practice areas include, but are not limited to: divorce, child custody, termination of parental rights proceedings, adoptions, civil no contact order proceedings and guardian ad litem work. In his free time, Adam enjoys playing the guitar, gaming, running and spending time with his family.

Andrew L. Hope Learn

Andrew Hope grew up in Sioux City, Iowa. At an early age, his father taught him how to weld and he worked at his parents' sheet metal fabrication shop throughout his formative years. Andrew credits his parents for instilling a strong work ethic, drive to succeed, and dedication to helping those in need. He received his undergraduate (1999) and law (2002) degrees from the University of Iowa. Following a brief time working for a large insurance company, Andrew decided to dedicate his legal career to helping people facing difficult, life changing events. He founded the Hope Law Firm in 2003. Over the years, the Hope Law Firm has provided skilled representation to thousands of Iowans. The firm has grown to eight skilled trial lawyers whose talents help their clients in the areas of Family Law, Personal Injury and Workers Compensation. Brian Meyer

Brian Grew up in Dubuque Iowa. He was a member of the Iowa Army National Guard from 1991-1998. In 1997 Brian was named the soldier of the year for the 1 st Battalion 133 d Infantry Division- The Iron Man Battalion. Brian went on to earn a bachelor's degree from the University of Northern Iowa and his law degree from Drake University. After law school Brian became an Assistant Attorney General, and later became the legal counsel to the Iowa House Majority Leader. Brian served on the Des Moines City Council for 7 years and was elected to the Iowa House of Representatives in 2013. Brian is a member of the Iowa State Bar Association and Iowa Association for Justice.

Charlotte Ellen Keul

Charlotte received her Bachelor of Arts (Anthropology with specialization in Archaeology) from the University of Iowa in May 1997 and her Juris Doctorate from Drake University Law School in May 2003. Charlotte was a collegiate swimmer and soccer player at the University of Iowa. Charlotte is a member of Iowa State Bar Association. Charlotte practices primarily in the area of divorce and child custody, visitation, and child support litigation. She is a strong supporter of alternative dispute resolution and she has completed the Iowa State Bar accredited mediation training course. Charlotte is an avid photographer and enjoys spending her free time with her husband, Brian, and their two children, Ellen and Anthony, as well as following the Iowa Hawkeyes.

Debra Hockett-Clark

Debra Hockett-Clark has practiced divorce and family law for nearly 30 years. She is known for her attention to detail. Debra listens to her client's needs and makes sure that they know that she is on their side to guide them through the divorce process and not make their case more difficult. She realizes that clients with children will have an ongoing relationship with their ex-spouses for years to come. Most clients want to be able to move on after the divorce and be able to interact positively with their former spouse for the benefit of their children. Erin E. Jordan

Erin Jordan was born and raised in the State of Washington. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in 2002 from the University of Washington, then earned her law degree from the University of Iowa School of Law in 2006, graduating with honors. Erin specializes in medical malpractice litigation. Prior to joining Hope Law Firm, she spent over a decade defending physicians. In her time as a defense attorney, Erin successfully tried cases to verdict and argued cases before the Nevada Supreme Court. Due to her extensive experience as a defense attorney, she understands how physicians, insurance companies, and defense counsel think and operate, making her the ideal advocate for patients harmed by providers.

Jennifer A. Russell

Jennifer graduated from the University of Northern Iowa in 1996 with a B.A. in Criminology with honors on the Dean's List. She graduated from Creighton University Law School in 2000. While in law school, she was the winner of the Domestic Moot Court Competition and her criminal law article published in the law review. From 2000-2003, Jennifer practiced in all areas of family law, juvenile law and criminal defense at a private practice in Des Moines. From 2003-2007, she was a prosecutor with the Warren County Attorney's Office. She handled all criminal offenses, including simple misdemeanors, indictable misdemeanors and felonies. As a Warren County Assistant Attorney, she led the juvenile delinquency docket, and handled numerous jury trials including several felony drug cases and a vehicular homicide. From 2007 to 2014, Jennifer was an assistant public defender Des Moines. She handled a very high caseload of felony criminal offenses, including sex abuse, burglary, robberies, felony assaults, vehicular homicides, felony kidnapping, felony drug offenses, thefts, all property crimes, stalking, and at least 10 Class A kidnapping and murder cases. From 2014 to 2015, Jennifer was the lead felony prosecutor at the Story County Attorney's Office and main sex abuse prosecutor. Jennifer took on a leadership role in the office training younger attorneys, police officers, SART nurses, etc. She also helped to prosecute one murder case in Story County. Katie M. Naset

Katie Naset practices primarily in the area of family law, including: dissolution of marriage, child custody and domestic violence cases. As a former Staff Attorney at Iowa Legal Aid, Katie has extensive experience in representing victims of domestic violence. Katie received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Grinnell College in 2003, graduating on an accelerated track in three years in conjunction with her attendance at Des Moines' Central Academy. In 2006, Katie graduated With Distinction from the University of Iowa College of Law. Prior to practicing with the Hope Law Firm, Katie was a Staff Attorney at Iowa Legal Aid in Des Moines for four years, and spent two and a half years as a Judicial Law Clerk in the Iowa District Court for Polk County. Katie is a strong supporter of the Polk County Bar Association and Iowa Legal Aid Volunteer Lawyers Projects and is a member of the Central Iowa Regional Office Advisory Council for Iowa Legal Aid.

Shannon Marie Henson

Shannon Henson primarily practices in the areas of personal injury and insurance claims arising from property damage to homes or businesses. In her personal injury practice, Shannon dedicates herself to obtaining fair outcomes for her clients who have suffered injuries as the result of automobile accidents, injuries sustained from slipping or falling due to the negligence of others, dog bites, and medical malpractice. She also represents homeowners and business owners in first-party breach of contract and bad faith cases against insurance companies who underpay, delay or deny their insurance claims. Shannon received her bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Iowa in 2008. While at Iowa, she also studied English and Spanish and volunteered for numerous political campaigns. After graduating from Iowa, Shannon attended Drake University Law School where she received a Legislative Practice Certificate. She graduated from Drake University Law School in the spring of 2011 and was admitted to practice law in Iowa that fall. Shannon is a member of the Iowa Association for Justice. She serves on the Executive Council of the IAJ's New Lawyers Section and is a member of the IAJ Legislative Committee. Shannon is also a member of the Iowa State Bar Association and the Polk County Bar Association. Outside of work, Shannon enjoys running outdoors and has participated in numerous marathons. Steve graduated from Simpson College with a BA in Political Science. He then earned his law degree from the Drake University School of Law in 2012. In addition tohis law degree, Stephen also graduated with a Public Service Certificate for his extensive work providing pro bono legal services to under served Iowans during his law school career. After being admitted to the Iowa Bar in September of 2012, Stephen began practicing law in Warren County. While in Warren County, he worked on a variety of matters such as criminal, family law, and estate planning. Now with the Hope Law Firm, Stephen focuses almost exclusively on family law issues including divorces and child custody cases. Stephen is a member of the Family Law Section of the Iowa State Bar Association, the Polk County Bar Association,the Warren County Bar Association and the Iowa Association for Justice.
