Charles Ayers has managed all aspects of HVAC projects in the commercial, institutional, industrial, retail, hospitality, financial, and healthcare market sectors. Some of his recent projects include new system designs and installations, tenant improvements, system retrofits, and main HVAC plant replacements and upgrades.
He has extensive experience with building energy analysis and simulation modeling. He is knowledgeable in HVAC system design when considering energy conservation and efficiency for LEED projects. System types include energy recovery for 100% outside air systems, demand-controlled ventilation, high-efficiency rooftop variable air volume systems, and geothermal systems.

Craig Janssen, LEED AP helps leaders navigate audience engagement and technology shifts. A theatre space and technology designer for high-attendance venues, Craig has led thousands of group discovery and design meetings touching well over 10 billion in construction dollars for the spaces where people gather to share experiences. He leads the acoustics, theatre, and technology team for Salas O'Brien.

He has led large engineering and construction organizations for nearly 3 decades years in the capacity as CEO, COO, and CFO. He is a proud alumnus of the University of California-Riverside, past Chair for the California Coast Chapter of the Young President's Organization, past chair of the UC Riverside Foundation Board of Trustees and was named Ernst Young (EY) Entrepreneur of the Year in 2016.
