Charlie Dawson - Charlie is the Sales and Commercial Manager and joined TLI in early 2016, a big Leeds United fan and still likes to throw a shape at a Northern Soul do or two.
Graeme Armstrong - Graeme is the contracts director and is the elder statesman of the team, in fact when he started out on the tools they were made out of flint, brings a wealth of knowledge to TLI which enables him to run a tight ship on site, also a rugby league fan following Castleford Tigers.
Lee Saunders - Lee is the managing director and the man who holds everything together, A big rugby league fan and is fond of telling us about his days playing for Hunslet, also likes to banter with Charlie about who is the youngest.
Lynne Ellis - Lynne looks after the accounts and makes sure all payments in and out are up to date, been at TLI a long time and is due a second testimonial shortly
Sam Cox - Sam is the estimator and churns out quote after quote, very meticulous and knowledgeable, likes visiting the coast at weekends and also is a big Castleford Tigers fan
