Well experienced in work with Agenda 2030 and the Convention on the Children Rights. Clara is the Founder & CEO of SHI - Swedish Hemp Industries a foodtech & carbon farming startup company operating between & linking agriculture with the food industry. SHI refines and sells B2B high quality, pesticide free EU certified industrial hemp seeds farmed in Sweden. Clara is an expert on hemp and consult on hemp projects in Sweden, USA, South Africa and Germany. Lectures on industrial hemp in Sweden as well as internationally. Part of global network within the hemp industry.

Dr. Katrin Molina-Besch

Katrin Molina-Besch is a researcher and teacher in the Division of Packaging Logistics at Lund University. Her educational background is environmental engineering. In 2004, she moved to Sweden from Germany to study Environmental Management and Policy at Lund University. After receiving her Master's Degree, she worked in Tetra Pak's global environmental team with a focus on life cycle assessment. In 2012, Katrin returned to Lund University as a PhD student. In 2018, Katrin defended her doctoral thesis on the development of packaging for green food supply chains. Her thesis explores how companies handle environmental requirements during packaging development and provides knowledge about how different environmental requirements should be prioritized in packaging development to reduce the overall environmental impact in the food supply chain. Katrin is also responsible for the Master level course "Packaging technology and development" at Lund University.

Fredrik Jonsson

Fredrik Jonsson is a co-founder of Tekinn, a foodtech company that specializes in providing large food producers with fermentation technology to turn fibrous side streams into healthy food ingredients. He holds dual masters of engineering in nanoscience and industrial environmental economics from Lund University, showcasing his diverse educational background. In recognition of his entrepreneurship, Fredrik was named one of the top 34 promising entrepreneurs under the age of 34 in 2022 by Rapidus and PWC.

Fredrik Nilsson

Fredrik Nilsson is professor at the Division of Packaging Logistics, Lund University, Sweden. His research focus is based on complexity theory and thinking with the aim to advance knowledge by embracing complexity instead of trying to remove it. Current projects in are in the areas of sustainable supply chain innovations, packaging systems and sustainable e-commerce solutions. He has published work in several international journals such as: J. of Cleaner production, Int. J. of Operations & Production Management, Int. J. of Logistics Management and the book Sustainable Food Supply Chains.

Mattias Persson

Mattias Persson earned his PhD in Economics from Lund in 2001. After graduation, he worked for the Riksbank, followed by Nordea, moving back to the Riksbank to become its Head of Financial Stability in 2007. He rejoined Nordea in 2013 as Head of Group Funding, a position he left in 2016 to become Chief Economist at the Swedish National Debt Office (Riksgälden). Since 2020, Mattias Persson is the Group Chief Economist at Swedbank. Additionally, he has held positions in several international organizations, including the IMF and the Bank of International Settlements.

Nathalie Berezina

Nathalie Berezina serves as CEO at Norbite, the company she has founded, and CTO at FlyFeed, companies focusing on the utilisation of insects to transform different kinds of organic wastes, plastic, and polymeric materials for Norbite and agro-industrial by-products for FlyFeed. Prior to founding Norbite, Nathalie served as CSO and IP representative at Ynsect, French company focused on the insect industry, and as senior scientist and project leader in the field of green chemistry and industrial biotechnology at Materia Nova, Belgium. Renowned scientist, Nathalie has co-authored 30+ peer-reviewed articles and book chapters, and 20 patents, she also serves as expert and reviewer for several governments, grant agencies and international journals; and as invited lecturer for several universities. Nathalie has obtained MSc in Chemistry at the University of Haute Alsace, France, MSc in Chemical Engineering at the Chemical Engineering school of Mulhouse, ENSCMu, France, and a PhD at the University of the Mediterranean, France.
