Brian Seitz, D.C. obtained his chiropractic education from Western States Chiropractic College, graduating in June of 1988. A proud Oregon State beaver Dr. Seitz received his undergraduate education from OSU in 1980-1984. Dr. Seitz entered the practice in the summer of 1988 in Hillsboro, Oregon and has continued to serve this community for the past 25+ years. Dr. Seitz has been a member of Tuality Physicians since 2000. The focus of his practice is on returning patients to health and optimal wellness. This means treating not just the pain or the injury a patient presents with but giving guidance toward improved healing and health. Dr. Peter Hoffman is a board-certified doctor who was born and raised in the state of Oregon. At Tuality Physicians, the doctor and his staff offer treatment for flu symptoms, headaches, migraines, fractures, sprains, depression, and anxiety. He also provides annual physicals, effective pain management plans, urgent care, and immunizations for both routine purposes as well as travel. The doctor treats patients of all ages in his practice and is well known throughout the community for his compassion and caring nature.
Dr. Hoffman received his medical degree in 2005. He graduated with honors from the Oregon Health and Science University. His residency in family medicine was completed in Rochester, New York at the Rochester/Highland Hospital. The doctor is an active member of the American Academy of Family Physicians. The doctor's main service area includes a large portion of the state of Oregon, including residents who live in the Hillsboro area. Dr. Hoffman's lives in the Beaverton, Oregon area.
Meghan Wallace, DNP, FNP-C is a family nurse practitioner at Tuality Physicians. She grew up in Washington and graduated from Creighton University in Omaha, NE with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She worked as a critical care nurse in the ICU at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN and at St. Luke's Medical Center in Boise, ID.
Meghan earned her Master of Nursing and Doctor of Nursing Practice degrees from Oregon Health & Science University in 2016. Dr. Wallace is nationally Board Certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Meghan provides compassionate, comprehensive, collaborative care to her patients. She advocates professionally for research guiding best medical practice, and her dedication to quality care benefits her patients every day.
Outside of work, Meghan enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends - especially when that time includes biking, hiking, and camping in the Pacific Northwest.
