UpRight created a New Car Custody Program that the court said was fraudulent from its very inception. UpRight would tell clients who were in debt to relinquish their vehicles to Sperro Inc., an Indianan towing company that was also sanctioned by the court. The only problem was that these debtors' vehicle liens weren't always paid off, and their owners never agreed to let Sperro take control of the property...
