Valary started her career in Springfield, Virginia in 1983, where she worked for and managed the same salon for 15 years before opening Valon Salon & Spa in 1997. She started with four employees and a small salon before expanding the salon into a spa in 2007 with 30 employees. Valon is a huge part of the Centreville community. They participate in charity events and donations, and they look out for the wellbeing of the community - not to mention making the community look and feel beautiful. Valary is a firm believer in advanced education, and she continuously attends industry seminars to keep abreast on the latest trends and new business ideas. She holds classes every 6 weeks to keep her employees informed of the current trends, product knowledge, and advances in hair fashions so that each stylist can give their clients the best the salon has to offer.
