Donald "Butch" Williams is a third generation Nevadan. He graduated in 1984 from Las Vegas High School and was the Student Body President. He served a two year mission for his church to Alaska subsequent to graduation from High School. Mr. Williams graduated with a degree in construction management from Brigham Young University in 1991. To support himself through college, Mr. Williams worked for his family's plumbing company. Mr. Williams enrolled in the University of Pacific McGeorge school of Law in 1991. He graduated in 1994 and immediately moved his young family back to Las Vegas. Mr. Williams has 6 children and 5 grandchildren. Donald H. Williams has been practicing as a Las Vegas attorney since 1994. In 1997 he started his own practice. his primary areas of practice are Debt Collection, Construction Law, Real Estate Law, and Corporate Law. Mr. Williams also serves as a Pro Tem Judge. ​Drew J. Starbuck has been practicing as a Las Vegas attorney since 2015. He joined the firm as a partner in 2017 and centers his practice on Estate Planning and Probate Litigation.

Mr. Starbuck has been a member of the Nevada State Bar since 2015. He received his undergraduate degree from Kaplan University in 2012. He then went on to earn his Juris Doctorate degree from Willamette University in Salem, Oregon in 2015 and immediately moved his family to Las Vegas. Mr. Starbuck joined Williams & Associates, now known as Williams Starbuck, after becoming a member of the Nevada State Bar. Mr. Starbuck loves spending his extra time playing basketball, watching ESPN and having quality time with his wife and three daughters. Long before serving as a Las Vegas attorney, Drew Starbuck began his undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University-Idaho (BYU-Idaho). While there, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Health Science. Drew decided to follow in the footsteps of his grandfather and joined the United States Marine Corps. He finished his reserve career in 2017 as a Sergeant and served as the Platoon Sergeant, overseeing the training of 40 Marines. After his time with the Corps, he earned his Juris Doctorate (JD) Degree from the Willamette University College of Law in Salem, Oregon. While a JD candidate, Drew clerked for an estate planning and real estate transactions law firm. His clerkship is where he first learned the importance of providing valuable estate planning and asset protection advice to clients. Drew is licensed in Nevada and was admitted to practice in front of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in addition to the: Supreme Court of Nevada Nevada Court of Appeals U.S. District Court District of Nevada Now, as a partner within Williams Starbuck.
