Gail has been involved with the property sector for many years, both through Chase Homes and latterly as owner and director of Chase Commercial. She is also a partner in a property investment LLP and a director and shareholder in two other private investment businesses. In her spare time she enjoys many things including ballet , dining out , travelling , art and design and takes a keen interest in many sports.
James was appointed to the board of Chase in 2013. He is a Solicitor who spent twenty years in private practice before joining the board of Aggregate Industries plc, a position he held for ten years.
In addition to chairing Chase, he is also non-executive chairman of Lone Star Land Limited, and a non-executive director of Natural World Safaris Limited. He is married and lives in Warwickshire and when he does have spare time he likes to try and improve his golf, catch a trout or two, or travel.
Julian is the Managing Director of Chase Commercial Ltd having joined the business in 2003. Previously he spent 10 years working in London with fund manager, Schroders, on various property investment vehicles. When time allows, outside of the working environment Julian enjoys watching most sports and swinging both the cricket bat and golf clubs.

Justin joined the Board of Chase Commercial Ltd as a Director in June 2019. He has over 30 years of experience working in the property industry with the last 15 year as a PLC Main Board Director of a premium listed UK real estate group, acting as Managing Director. Experience includes all aspects of being part of a business specialising in the investment, development and asset management of real estate. A qualified Chartered Surveyor and Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Justin has many varied interests outside work from family, walking, golf and country sports to flying and skiing.

Sandy joined the team in 2016 to help with the main day to day running of the office, admin and marketing duties. She has previously worked for Monarch Airlines as crew and for Suzuki GB PLC's Marketing Department. In her spare time she enjoys keeping fit, reading, good food and trying to beat her son at Karting which is not always successful !
