Craig is a qualified electronics engineer with 30 years of experience working in a range of research, design and management roles in a variety of companies, from small research development to large, global product developers. He founded Icoteq on the back of this diverse experience with the aim of delivering cutting edge technology focussed on wireless design and underpinned by a philosophy of honest and open engagement with colleagues, customers and suppliers.
As a keen traveller to over 40 countries worldwide and a passion for the natural environment, Craig is particularly proud of the work Icoteq has achieved in designing and delivering wireless products and solutions to organisations working in the conservation, wildlife monitoring and anti-poaching sectors.
Liam brings over 25 years of experience in software engineering, embedded systems and wireless telecommunications to his technical leadership role at Icoteq, ensuring that complex systems are designed, developed and delivered on time and on budget.
Prior to joining Icoteq, Liam led the technical teams involved in making the world's first femtocell transceiver chips for Picochip and Mindspeed Technologies, holding director level roles at both companies. He has also acted as a technical expert witness on numerous occasions in patent disputes relating to mobile telecommunications technologies spanning UMTS and LTE.
