I have worked in the Estate Agency business and have over 30 years experience. I am very friendly and enthusiastic about finding people their next home and aim to make the move hassle free and enjoyable.
I have always worked in Estate Agency, working for large independents and corporates before setting up the family business. Providing a fantastic service is our number 1 priority. I have over 35 years experience in the business.

I have recently joined Whitakers as an Accompanied Viewer. I have lived in West Hull all of my life so have extensive knowledge of Hull and the surrounding area.
I have worked in the lettings industry for a number of years. I enjoy the variety of work, and that no two days are the same. I enjoy being busy, and I also enjoy a challenge.
Carolyn has been working in Estate agency for a number of years and enjoys the busy environment of lettings management, and keeping up with new legislation.
I bring over 17 years of residential sales & auction expertise from both the corporate and independent sectors to my role. I work with a fantastic team here at the Anlaby office and we share the same enthusiasm, commitment and meticulous customer care.
I joined Whitakers on 2021, initially to carry out viewings, inspections, and inventories, but I am expanding my knowledge to incorporate all aspects of lettings work. I enjoy the busy nature of the job thoroughly.

I joined Whitakers in 2017 and have been a part of the lettings team ever since. I mainly carry out our inventories and inspections but I am always on hand to help out in other teams if needed. I am also responsible for developing our social media and online presence and carry out much of our marketing and advertising.
I have recently joined Whitakers Estate Agents at the Anlaby office and I'm really enjoying my role as a sales negotiator. I am very excited to work with such a great team.

Fiona has over 20 years experience in the business and has seen a lot of change over the years, both in legislation and in the general lettings market. Fiona is well regarded by our clients for her empathetic but firm approach to her work, and has a wealth of knowledge that is well used.

I joined the family business in 2017 but have helped out for a number of years. I am learning all aspects of estate agency and my main role is to show clients around vacant properties.

I have worked within the property industry for 10 years gaining valuable knowledge and experience along the way. I am a member of the leading body for the property industry ‘Property Mark' since 2022 gaining a level 3 award in residential sales. I have worked for Whitakers Estate Agents since May 2015 in both the East and West Hull Offices and now as Area Sales Manager. It is a privilege to work with such fantastic teams. I have 21 years experience in Residential Estate Agency, encompassing both Sales and Lettings. My personable manner, enthusiasm, experience and knowledge of Estate Agency ensure a quality service is provided.
I have worked for Whitakers Estate Agents for over 9 years, firstly within the lettings department for 4 years and then moving into my current role in the sales department as sales negotiator for the West Hull Office. Therefore affording me to have extensive knowledge in both areas. There is no better job satisfaction then helping clients throughout the buying and selling process and to see the end result of them moving into their new home.

Coming from a sales and service background of over 20 years, I joined Whitakers in August 2020 as an accompanied viewer. I quickly progressed to a sales negotiator and am thoroughly enjoying my role providing a thorough and friendly service . I live locally so know the area well and love working for a family run business that really looks after its clients.
I joined the team as a Lettings coordinator in 2021 and I have been enjoying all aspects of working within the lettings industry since. I work closely with landlords, tenants and contractors to ensure they get the best service possible. I have been progressing to more in-depth areas of the job, I successfully completed two lettings courses and I am focused on progressing further.
With over 15 years experience as a Sales Negotiator, I thoroughly enjoy my role and pride myself on great local knowledge. I am committed to ensuring that the buying and selling process runs smoothly as possible for our clients
I have lived in West Hull all my life and have gained nearly 16 years of estate agency experience through a number of varied roles within that time. I currently enjoy the role of Sales and Administration Support at the Anlaby Road Office. It is still a pleasure, years on, when completing on the sale of a property and seeing the excitement of a new home owners collecting their keys.
