New construction/restoration/remodeling including accurate takeoffs, estimating, budgeting, contracting, purchasing and invoicing.
Commercial building, including schools, childcare facilities, office build-outs, strip plazas and warehouses.
Oversees all onsite and offsite construction to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
Plans to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones. Analyze, manage and mitigate risks
Assists and supports Project Manager in successful completion of assigned projects. Residential and commercial.
Participates in overseeing job site safety, cleanliness, project scheduling, and communications with homeowners.

With AAA Builders, LLC Darrick Fullwood has continued to support and contribute to the community by donating and getting involved in the community's initiatives.
Assists with executive's roll out of workplace initiatives, as well as administrates daily affairs.
Evaluates all projects and ensures compliance to all budgets for contract services. Coordinates with the project manager to review all projects and maintain estimates and track all invoices and work orders.
Kimberly is responsible for managing building and remodel projects. Kimberly supervises the day-to-day activities at a construction site according to the projects blueprints or scope and schedule plans accordingly.
Her duties include but are not limited to coordinating subcontractors and assigning work according to profession, ensure quality control along with safety checks and coordinate material and equipment delivery with vendors and suppliers.
She also has to delegate on-site direction to prepare construction sites. Overall, its Kimberly's responsibility to organize and project manage to effectively and efficiently lead the team.
