Angela Wayne is the Chief Executive Officer of Advantia Health, leading operational strategy and execution, to ensure every woman has access to excellent healthcare. A seasoned healthcare executive, Angela has over 25 years of physician practice and healthcare system experience, having successfully scaled and transformed organizations both in size and care delivery models. She is passionate about finding opportunities where superior patient experience and clinical outcomes intersect with greater efficiency and higher overall value.
Over the course of Angela's career, she has led both primary care and dermatology organizations to grow significantly in size and scope. Immediately prior to joining Advantia, Angela was the Chief Operating Officer at APDerm, a leading network of dermatology practices to triple in size in 3 years. Prior to that, she led the development of the primary care network for Beth Israel Deaconess (now Beth Israel Lahey Health), in New England, growing from 10 to 42 practices, while moving from fee for service to value based care.
Angela holds a BA in Business Management from Boston College and a Master's in Business Administration from Boston University.

Bede Broome is a Managing Director and member of the Investment Committee at Assured Healthcare Partners. Bede leads value enhancement planning and execution activities across AHP's portfolio companies. Prior to AHP and BlueMountain Capital Management, Bede was a Partner at McKinsey & Company where he founded and led the healthcare transformation service line for providers and payors, which included complex M&A integrations, restructurings, and operational & clinical performance improvement engagements for a wide range of healthcare clients.
Dr. Broome received a B.A. in Chemistry from Princeton University, a M.D. from the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA and a Ph.D. in Neuroscience from the California Institute of Technology.

She has a large family of almost 40 people that she enjoys visiting the Delaware Beaches with every summer. Dr. Jackson is a general Ob-Gyn with a passion for women's health and health equity. Her love of the job is evident in her patient care, where she believes sensitive listening, thorough communication and patience are the key to providing high quality, empathetic care. In addition to Regional Chief Medical Officer of the Midatlantic, Dr. Jackson is currently a Managing Physician at Reiter, Hill & Johnson, as well as the Medical Director at Liv by Advantia Health.
Dr. Jackson graduated from the University of Hartford in Connecticut with a B.Sc. in Biology. She then attended The Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City, and completed her M.D. in 2001. Moving to Washington DC, Dr. Jackson completed her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the George Washington University Hospital in 2005. She is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology, and is a fellow of both the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and the American College of Surgeons. She has admitting privileges at Sibley Memorial Hospital. Dr. Jackson has been with Reiter, Hill & Johnson since 2006 and with Liv by Advantia Health since 2022.

Fun facts about Dr. Jackson: She was born and raised in Guyana until the age of 19, when her family moved to Connecticut and she began her journey to becoming an MD. When she isn't helping patients and spending time with her husband and sons, she enjoys escaping into the science-fiction fantasies of N. K. Jemisin, Brandon Sanderson and Robert Jordan books.
Dr. Schifano is an Ob-Gyn at Heartland Women's Healthcare of Advantia. He has over 25 years of experience and is board certified by the American College of Obstetrics & Gynecology. He was born and raised in Chicago and after completing medical school, he became a commissioned officer in the United States Army. He has served as Chief of Obstetrics at Eisenhower Army Medical Center in Augusta, Georgia, where he was also a Clinical Instructor at the Medical College of Georgia. Major Schifano left the Army in July 2001 to start Heartland Women's Healthcare in Marion, IL.
Dr. Schifano's interests include business development and entrepreneurship. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling and family time.

Leslie Henshaw is a Partner on the Private Transactions team at Deerfield Management where she works with a variety of healthcare services and healthcare information technology companies that are both current and potential investment partners. Before joining Deerfield in 2005, Leslie was co-manager of an ING branded healthcare hedge fund she launched in 2000. Prior to that she spent 11 years in the investment banking, high yield research and equity research departments at Furman Selz and ING, where she focused exclusively on companies in the healthcare arena. She also spent two years as a member of the national healthcare consulting practice of Price Waterhouse. Leslie graduated with High Honors from Wesleyan University and earned her M.B.A. from the University of Chicago. She also holds Board seats at Veterinary Practice Partners, Epion Health, and Recovery Centers of America.
