Godfrey Kitagenda joined Air Serv in 2005 as Operations Manager, during which time he was responsible for establishing flights into new areas of operation as well as creating and maintaining business relations. Throughout his career with Air Serv, he has served as Facilities Manager and Director of Facilities respectively, before being named Accountable Manager in 2016. Prior to Air Serv, Godfrey gained experience as a Flight Bookings Officer and Operations Manager with Mission Aviation Fellowship. He holds a Bachelor's of Business Administration (Honors) from Makerere University, and a Diploma in Business Management of Kenya Institute of Management.
Managing Director, Henk is a Seasoned Aviation Expert. SACAA Licensed Part 101 drone pilot and IATA Aviation Management Professional. Notable achievements include managing 14 helicopters during the Mozambique Floods and leading relief efforts during the Pakistan Earthquake. Specializes in air operations in hostile environments and brings vast experience from aviation endeavors in Afghanistan and Operation Eagle's Summit.

Jennifer joined the aviation industry in 1998 as a reservations & sales agent with a Ugandan company doing scheduled domestic flights within Uganda and the region. She first came to Air Serv in 2004 as a Logistician for the Goma base in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC). Acting as liaison, she managed operations and was responsible for coordinating flights and transportation logistics. Following her time in DRC, Jennifer served as the Base Manager for the Air Serv base in Juba, South Sudan during the electoral sensitization process. She has since held several positions with Air Serv, including flight dispatcher, Operations Manager, and Contracts and Administration, before being named Director of Human Resources in 2013.

Paul Muketo joined Air Serv in 2011 as aircraft maintenance Engineer, after having served at Turbo Prop Service Center as a certifying inspector. With a diverse background in fixed wing turboprop maintenance spanning sixteen years, Paul has diligently served as Certifying Inspector, Line Maintenance Manager, and Director of Maintenance. He holds an FAA A&P Certification, and Uganda CAA AMEL Certification MM2204.

As a graduate of Cambridge Tutorial College International, United Kingdom, Robina Nalumu obtained her Diploma of Human Resources Management in 2001. Having joined Air Serv in 1999, she spent four years as Office Manager of the Entebbe office before deploying on her first field assignment to the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) as Base Manager. She subsequently served as Base Manager in the Republic of Chad, managed flight operations in Banda Aceh, and acted as Flight Operations Manager in Afghanistan. In 2009, Robina took a year off, returning to DRC as Base Manager in Kinshasa for King Air Services. Upon her return to Air Serv in 2010, she was named Director of Marketing and Client Care.
