The Apple Valley Senior Housing Corp., Inc was organized for the purpose of establishing affordable housing for persons 62 years of age and older; as well as persons with disabilities 18 or older. In 1980 the plans were completed, and the present housing was officially opened. Apple Valley Senior Housing complex consists of 30 one-bedroom apartments; three of which have been designed to accommodate persons with disabilities.
