Dominic Berger serves as the IT Manager and Technical Lead for the Digital Learning Platform at ASHLIN. His expertise is in user experience design and the development of highly customizable, state-of-art LMS platforms that meet clients' specific delivery needs. Mr. Berger's work with the CDC-supports workplace wellness platform, Work@Health®, delivered training and technical assistances to hundreds of trainers and employers nationwide.
Dr. Jennifer Buelin leads Workforce Development and Career and Technical Education initiatives for ASHLIN. Her work includes developing strategic partnerships to advance the impact of ASHLIN's training and development services, e-learning platform and services, and data visualization and analytics tools. A former STEM Education professor, National Board certified classroom teacher in CTE, and published researcher on creativity in technology and engineering education, Dr. Buelin served as director of the ITEEA STEM Center for Teaching and Learning and has served as president of both the North Carolina Technology and Engineering Educators Association and the Mississippi Valley Technology Teacher Education Conference.

Kevin Allen has over 20 years of experience in the development, growth, and leadership of customer service-driven businesses. Mr. Allen manages Federal, State, and Local government funded contracts for ASHLIN, and provides technical, logistical, and administrative project leadership. His specialty areas include project management, research, technical writing, advisory group and committee management, and large-scale national meeting planning.

Linda Botts is an accomplished professional with over 30 years of experience in corporate leadership, contract administration, financial management, and strategic planning. She is a graduate of Howard University and has a deep commitment to providing high-quality consulting services. In 1996, she founded ASHLIN, a consulting firm known for its excellent service and attention to detail.
As the founder of ASHLIN Management Group, Mrs. Botts is dedicated to ensuring the satisfaction of every client. She serves as the Corporate Monitor on ASHLIN contracts, providing oversight and guidance to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Her contract administration and financial management expertise have made her an invaluable asset to the firm.
Before founding ASHLIN, Mrs. Botts served as the Deputy Chief Administration Officer for Health and Human Services Programs in Prince Georges's County, Maryland. During her tenure, she developed innovative and culturally competent approaches to improve the efficiency and productivity of human services programs. In addition, her expertise in strategic planning and program development has been instrumental in helping ASHLIN clients achieve their goals.

Samuel Botts, Jr. oversees business operations, business strategy, new business development, and ASHLIN's products and services. Prior to his role as Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Botts was ASHLIN's Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Botts was instrumental in founding ASHLIN's Business Intelligence and LMS divisions. Mr. Botts holds undergraduate degrees in science and engineering from Morehouse College and Georgia Tech and graduate degrees from the University of Michigan (engineering) and the Wharton School of Business (MBA).
