Brad Smith

Since a very young age, Brad has had a passion for architecture and design. He enjoys working with people to develop their vision and seeing that vision come to life. After receiving a degree in Drafting & Design from ITT Technical Institute in 2015, Brad Smith joined Reico Kitchen & Bath in 2017. Starting as Project Coordinator, he learned all the details of managing projects before moving into the role of Key Business Manager and Design Expert. After a number of successful years in that role, Brad moved into his current position working in the field as a Field Service Representative for his Charlottesville, VA Reico team. While he is no longer designing, his ideas and work continue to be appreciated as he supports projects in the field. When Brad is not working he enjoys spending time with his sons and hiking in the mountains with his family.

Brian Espil

Job Titles:

Brian Espil joined Reico Kitchen & Bath in 2000, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge in the building and construction industry. Before coming to Reico, Brian managed the construction of custom homes, working with his clients throughout the entire process from design to final inspections. This experience made for a seamless transition that has allowed Brian to work with and enjoy projects with his contractors, customer builders and retail clients. Brian understands how overwhelming a kitchen or bathroom project can be. Through all the questions and decisions that have to be made, it is important to him to keep the process enjoyable. This is essential, as it helps to develop strong relationships with his clients and create designs that appeal to his clients and work within their budget. While not working Brian enjoys camping with family and friends, spending time outdoors with his grandchildren and grilling for everyone.

Bryan Stafford

With a background in construction and remodeling dating back to 2017, Bryan Stafford joined Reico Kitchen & Bath in 2023 as a Key Business Manager. His experience with installation and project management led him to getting a general contractors license, furthering his own industry knowledge and expertise. For Bryan, his goal to build great partnerships with his clients' that create a positive and nearly stress-free experience. It his passion to help them achieve their project goals to bring their dream kitchen or bathroom to life. When not designing, Bryan enjoys time with his wife, his two dogs and the opportunity to travel.

Cameron Cooper

Job Titles:
  • Designer / Raleigh, NC
With a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and industry experience dating back to 2021, Cameron Cooper joined Reico Kitchen & Bath in 2022. Starting as a Project Coordinator role, Cameron was able to learn every aspect of the design and project management process. This experience helped develop skills in understanding the Reico process from start to finish and create a foundation for his current role as Designer. Every project and client is unique. For Cameron, it is his goal to be a great listener and actively involved during the selections process and every stage of the project. Doing this, he can translate his clients' ideas into customized designs that represents them. When not designing, Cameron enjoys live music concerts, soccer, board games along with time with his partner and their two cats.

Caroline Redding

Job Titles:

With a wealth of experience in construction and design she began developing in 2000, Caroline's passion has always been to help her clients develop their perfect living spaces. Her work as a project manager has given her the hands-on training needed to anticipate unforeseen issues as well as take care of issues efficiently when they do occur. Caroline has a BFA from East Carolina University with concentrations in Surface and Environmental Design. She attended Penland School of Crafts and is CAPS (Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist) certified. She specializes in high-end, new construction projects but truly enjoys the challenge and creative problem solving of remodeling. When she is not on a job site with her dog Carl or in the office designing, Caroline enjoys painting, building furniture, yoga, and watersports. She is also a math whiz and loves shoes.

Charlotte Knott

With a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design from the University of Maryland and industry experience accumulated since 1990, Charlotte Knott joined Reico Kitchen & Bath in 2022 as a Key Business Manager. Charlotte has experience working with a wide range of clientele, from retail customers and remodeling contractors to upscale custom homebuilders to commercial design. She has a strong talent for space planning, utilizing her attention to detail, product knowledge and full understanding of the installation process to create special spaces for her clients that are truly the heart of the home. By learning about her clients' needs, she always strives to create something more than what they expected. When she is not designing, Charlotte enjoys being out on the golf course.
