During my studies at University of Technologies in Berlin my enthusiasm and passion for supply chain management started. I'm glad that I could complete different internships around the world and get more insights into the challenging world of supply chain management. I started my professional career at BVL (German Logistics Association), the leading logistics and supply chain professionals' network in Germany as a project manager. My projects brought me to places like Brazil, China, Dubai, Russia and the US, where I was privileged to manage state to the art supply chain concepts. Later I was appointed member of the managing board of BVL, where I enjoyed the further strategic development of the network to foster an exchange of supply chain professionals. Alongside my professional career, I completed a Ph.D. in Supply Chain Management with Prof. Frank Straube at TU Berlin from 2006-2013.
