Andrew Jayne

Andrew Jayne is an experienced trial lawyer whose practice focuses on insurance and commercial defense. In the insurance defense arena, Andrew handles both first and thirty party matters, as well as complex coverage litigation. He has had the opportunity to represent and counsel numerous of the country's largest insurance carriers on first party insurance issues. Andrew is also a licensed Oklahoma insurance adjuster. Throughout his career, Andrew has also had extensive experience in the areas of employment litigation, professional negligence, and commercial litigation. Andrew is a graduate of the International Association of Defense Counsel's Trial Academy at Stanford Law School, and he has a peer review rating of AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell. Prior to becoming a named partner at Baum Glass & Jayne, PLLC, Andrew was a partner at another Tulsa based litigation firm.

Jason Glass is a founding member of the law firm of Baum Glass Jayne Carwile & Peters. Mr. Glass has earned an AV® Preeminent™ Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell,® is recognized as one of Tulsa's Top Lawyers as published in Tulsa People, and has been designated as a Super Lawyer® since 2013 and a Super Lawyer Rising Star® since 2008. Mr. Glass concentrates his practice on complex business litigation in both federal and state courts, with a particular emphasis in extra contractual liability litigation and insurance coverage litigation. Mr. Glass provides consulting services to insurers on a variety of insurance related issues including claims handling and coverage. Mr. Glass also has extensive litigation experience in the areas of medical malpractice, qui tam (whistleblower) litigation, class action litigation, employment law, products liability, and general civil liability. Mr. Glass has tried cases to juries in both state and federal court. Mr. Glass, a native of McAlester, Oklahoma, obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas in 1993, and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Texas School of Law in Austin, Texas in 1997. Prior to forming his current law firm, Mr. Glass practiced law for approximately fifteen years with the Tulsa firm of Richards & Connor specializing in insurance bad faith defense and medical malpractice defense. Mr. Glass is admitted to practice before all trial and appellate courts of the State of Oklahoma, all federal district courts in Oklahoma, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of the United States. He is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, the Tulsa County Bar Association, the Oklahoma Association of Defense Counsel, and the Defense Research Institute. He has served on the Board of the Community Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma since 2013. He is married, and enjoys volunteering for the Food Bank and spending time with his three dogs. Jason McVicker

Jason McVicker's civil litigation practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, insurance disputes, and products liability defense in both state and federal courts. He has represented doctors and restaurants accused of regulatory violations before state agencies, prosecuted and defended insurance bad faith cases, and litigated an array of personal injury cases. He has also successfully challenged and defended municipal regulations in multiple forums, including before the Oklahoma Supreme Court. He has first and second-chaired both jury and non-jury trials Jason is active in the Tulsa community, and serves on the University of Tulsa College of Law Alumni Board. He regularly volunteers his time with the University of Tulsa's moot court program, and has taught Trial Practice at the law school. Jason's achievements have earned him inclusion in Oklahoma Super Lawyers' list of "Oklahoma Rising Stars," which recognizes the state's top up-and-coming attorneys. Jeffrey C. Baum

Jeff Baum is an experienced trial lawyer with over 20 years of experience in the areas of commercial litigation, civil defense, and commercial transactions. Mr. Baum has earned an AV® Preeminent™ Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell® in the areas of litigation, insurance, and business law, has been recognized as a Super Lawyer® in the areas of civil litigation defense and business litigation, and is listed as a Top Attorney in Oklahoma by Oklahoma Magazine. Mr. Baum graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 1995 and began his practice with the law firm Rolston, Gregory & Hamill in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Upon moving to Tulsa, Oklahoma, he joined the law firm Richards & Connor in 2001, became a partner in 2008, and left to help form his current law firm in 2012. He has focused on the area of civil litigation, but his diverse practice also includes much transactional experience. He has participated in federal and state jury trials as both first and second chairs and has personally taken numerous trials to verdict. Taylor A. Burke

Taylor A. Burke is an experienced attorney in the areas of complex estate, trust, and business litigation, probate, guardianships, estate planning, family law, and political related matters. Burke has a statewide practice and has been involved in many notable cases in state and federal court during his legal career. Burke began his career in legal research and writing and maintains a heavy emphasis on legal research and writing in his practice. Burke is a fourth generation Tulsan and a third-generation attorney. Burke's interest in law grew from being a child of the late Robbie Emery Burke, a celebrated Tulsa attorney, and his experience in debate. Prior to attending law school, Burke was a high school debate coach and taught successful programs at public and private schools in the Tulsa area. Burke is married to a friend from his time in debate and they have a daughter. Burke is active in the Hudson Hall Wheaton Inn of the American Inns of Court and numerous other community, education, and church related volunteer positions. Burke has also taught numerous continuing legal education classes on probate, family law and legal ethics. He also chaired the successful campaign for Tulsa County District Judge Kevin Gray in 2022.
