Welcome to our small family bistro Váleček that offers quality home cooking! Here, our guests can enjoy our specialty, homemade pelmeni and vareniki (stuffed dumplings). Both meat lovers and vegetarians will find pelmeni and vareniki for every taste here. In addition to that, we offer fresh salads and soups. Our main goal is to effectively blend the traditional tastes of Slavic and European cuisines. Why did we choose pelmeni and vareniki as our specialty dish? The answer is simple. For over 10 years our family has been engaged in the production of pelmeni and vareniki in the Czech Republic. We focus solely on the quality of the kitchen stuff used to prepare our dishes so we only purchase our goods from selected suppliers. We can bet our pelmeni and vareniki are of the highest quality on the Czech market.
