In this context, the CFE seeks to strengthen and consolidate itself as a key player in the electricity sector in Mexico, compete successfully in the wholesale electricity market, be a benchmark for best practices and guarantee access to electricity as a human right... In December 2017, CFECapital S. de R.L. de C.V. was created as a direct subsidiary of the CFE. Our objective is to carry out the administration of all types of trusts and their assets, including investment trusts in energy and infrastructure constituted in accordance with the provisions of current tax legislation.
