By partnering with local and regional agencies, pooling the financial resources of our donors and awarding discretionary grants to nonprofit organizations, the Community Foundation and our donors are responding to the increasingly complex and growing issues and needs affecting our region... CFOV is an organization of volunteers who work together to bring awareness to and raise funds for nonprofit organizations (NPOs) that function in Ogden Valley.
