Anand Tanikella

Anand Tanikella is currently the worldwide Vice President of R&D for Saint Gobain Abrasives based in Massachusetts, USA. Prior to this, Anand was the founding Director of Saint-Gobain Research India, the company's 7 th transversal R&D center in Chennai, India. Anand joined Saint-Gobain in 1996 in USA as a Senior Research Engineer in Saint Gobain's North American R&D Center in Northborough, MA in Boston area. He held various positions with increasing responsibilities during the past 25 years conducting break through R&D in technologies related to Ceramics, Abrasives, Plastics and various Construction materials. He is passionate about Technology management and bringing out profitable Innovations. Anand is passionate about influencing the Impact of Engineering Education on Industrial Innovation. Anand received a Ph.D. in Materials Science & Engineering from North Carolina State University in 1996 and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Andhra University, India. He has authored numerous international journal publications and holds over 16 patent families with several in process. Throughout his career, he has been active in technology education and was a part time faculty member at Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts.

David (Tim) Chinn

David (Tim) Chinn is a consulting engineer providing utility management, water treatment, supply and strategic planning services to both public and private clients in North America and globally. Based in Austin, Texas, he is also a member of the Engineering Faculty at Texas A&M University. Tim is a SVP and the former Director of AECOM's Global Drinking Water Program and continues to serve AECOM as a senior Consultant on select projects. Mr. Chinn is a highly regarded expert in the use of membrane technology for water and wastewater treatment and prior to joining AECOM, was part of the Executive Management Team of Zenon Environmental when they were acquired by GE Water in 2006. Experience Mr. Chinn has more than 40 years professional engineering and consulting experience specializing in civil, environmental, sanitary and municipal engineering. His background includes special expertise in water and wastewater treatment; planning and design, water policy and regulation development, analysis, and compliance. He has special technical expertise in water treatment including inorganics removal (e.g., arsenic, lead, copper, iron, manganese, etc.) and corrosion control within water distribution systems. His management experience includes all phases of engineering personnel management and the formulation and administration of multi-million dollar budgets. He has been responsible for client relations and satisfaction on over 450 projects ranging in size from a few thousand dollars to more than $1 billion. Prior to joining AECOM, Mr. Chinn was the Assistant Director for Governmental Affairs for the American Water Works Association (AWWA) in Washington, D.C. The AWWA is a major non-profit, scientific and educational society for more than 57,000 water supply professionals and organizations. He was responsible for monitoring, responding to, and influencing legislative and regulatory issues affecting the association. Many of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations under the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) were promulgated during Mr. Chinn's tenure in Washington. Mr. Chinn routinely provided written comments to the Agency as well as testimony before Congress on behalf of the Association. As a spokesman for the Association on water policy in 1990, Mr. Chinn was quoted and is credited with coining the often-repeated phrase; "Water is to the economy of the 21 st Century as Oil was to the economy of the last century. It is the fuel of our economic engines of the future." Mr. Chinn is nationally recognized in the drinking water arena and has written extensively and given numerous presentations on water issues. He has also served (and continues to serve) on several national committees concerning water supply and drinking water. Mr. Chinn coordinated a 3-year effort to complete the 2 nd Edition of HDR Engineering's "Handbook of Public Water Systems - published by John Wiley & Sons in 2001. He also authored the Water Supply Chapters of the 5 th Edition (2003) and 6 th Edition (2009) of Salvato's "Environmental Engineering and Sanitation" published by John Wiley & Sons.

Homero Castaneda

Homero Castaneda is a Professor with the Department of Materials Science and Engineering, and the Director at the National Corrosion and Materials Reliability Laboratory at Texas A&M University. He is also an Instructor for NACE CP certifications. Dr. Castaneda has over 21 years of experience in Academia, Industry, and National Laboratories. He got his Ph.D. in materials science and engineering from Penn State University in 2001. He has authored over 115 peer-reviewed papers in the areas of corrosion science and engineering, pipelines, coatings degradation and reliability, materials characterization, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. He holds eight patents and four copyrights. He received the H.H. Uhlig award from NACE international in 2018. He was awarded to be NACE Fellow of Class 2019. He recently was appointed as Adjunct Professor (Professeur Affilie) with Mechanics, Surface and Processing Laboratory at ENSAM, Aux in Province, France. Dr. Castaneda-Lopez has served on the Corrosion of Buried Steel at New and In-Service Infrastructure committee by the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine. He received the award of the Invention of the year in 2021 by AMPP (former NACE).

Jane Pavlicek

Jeremy W. Stovall

Jeremy W. Stovall ‘99, LEED AP, has more than 22 years experience in the Houston commercial construction market. During this time, he has successfully managed a variety of religious, community, and commercial projects throughout the Greater Houston area and southeast Texas. He has experienced in preconstruction management, estimating, project supervision, and project management. Jeremy is a graduate from Texas A&M University with a B.S. in Construction Science. Jeremy is currently serving as a board member with the Associated General Contractors (AGC) Houston Chapter, Vice Chair for the AGC Texas Building Branch, and Co-Chair for the AGC Houston Government Affairs Committee. Additionally, he is serving as a team member on the Dean's Advisory Council for the College of Architecture, and is the Immediate Past President of the Construction Industry Advisory Council at Texas A&M University. Jeremy is also a deacon at Houston's First Baptist Church, and a board member at Houston Baptist University's Center for Christianity in Business. In his spare time, he enjoys camping and spending time with his wife Janet, and their three children; playing the mountain dulcimer, disc golfing, hanging out with their cat Julius, and of course cheering on the Fight'n Texas Aggie Football Team!

John Barton

Mr. Barton is a senior vice president for HNTB and serves as the firm's professional services chair, national Department of Transportation market sector leader and interim national bridge leader. Working in collaboration with HNTB's regional/division presidents and office leaders, he develops and directs strategies that enhance HNTB's services to transportation sectors across the country. Prior to joining HNTB, Mr. Barton served the Texas A&M University system in various capacities after retiring from the Texas Department of Transportation where he held engineering, management and executive leadership roles over a span of 29 years. Mr. Barton's experience in the transportation industry and knowledge of industry issues and trends enables him to speak about a variety of transportation topics, including U.S. infrastructure investment, Highway Trust Fund solvency and diverse funding sources, efficient infrastructure investments, and sophisticated engineering approaches and solutions.

John W. Mogge Jr.

Dr. Mogge is the owner and sole proprietor of JWMogge Consulting LLC. He and is also a contract associate of the AHC Group and a courtesy faculty member of the USF Patel College of Global Sustainability. In his part time capacity with AHC he helps AHC corporate clients address their sustainability and environment, social and governance challenges. His Patel College course focuses on preparing graduate students to deliver sustainable and resilient infrastructure solutions for the built environment. Dr. Mogge previously served as one of Jacobs' senior Solutions and Technology Directors, the Global Environmental Market Director, the Environment, Facilities and Nuclear Sales Director and the Interim President for the legacy ch2m Environment, Facilities, and Nuclear Business Group. His 2004 doctoral work was driven by his belief that the governmental entities and industries of the built environment must transform and become orders of magnitude more resource efficient. His Georgia Institute of Technology dissertation examined the economics of sustainable planning, design, and construction. Dr. Mogge is a past National President of the Society of American Military Engineers, the largest and oldest professional society in the United States. Dr. Mogge is a 1996 Fellow of the Society and the past-founding President of the Society's Foundation and the Society's 2019 Gerald Brown Mentoring Award recipient and the Society's 2020 Gold Medal recipient. In 2020 Dr Mogge was recognized by the Environmental Business Journal International with their annual lifetime achievement award. He is a USAF Colonel and retired from active duty in 2001 and retired from Jacobs Engineering in January of 2022.

Robert C. (Bob) Lanham

Bob is a native Texan and a US Army veteran. He is a 1981 honors graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering. Bob is a registered professional engineer. In 2015, Texas A&M recognized Bob as a Distinguished Graduate of the Department of Civil Engineering. He serves on three advisory councils for Texas A&M, the Department of Civil Engineering, the Center for Infrastructure Renewal and the Texas Transportation Institute. He is a 2021 inductee into the National Academy of Construction. Bob started with Williams Brothers as Project Engineer in 1985. He worked in virtually every aspect of the business ranging from project management, estimating and contract administration. In January 2013, Bob was named President. Bob has served two terms as the President of the AGC of Texas (2000 and 2011). He is a life member of the AGC of America's Board of Governors and has served 14 years on the AGC of America's Board of Directors. Bob was recognized by AGC of America in 2005 as the Committee Chair of the Year. In 2006, he served as Chairman of AGC of America's Highway and Transportation Division. In March 2020, Bob was installed at the President of AGC of America. In light of the pandemic, the leadership asked Bob to serve an additional year. He served as the chairman of TRIP in 2006. He has chaired and served on dozens of committees and taskforces over his career at the state and national levels. He and his wife, Pam, have been married since 1983. Pam and Bob participate extensively in both Church and Community activities. They have one daughter, Jennifer, an alumnus of Baylor University and an elementary school music teacher. Jennifer is married to Keifer Greenlief and they reside is Houston.
